The room was clean,tidy,friendly and helpful staff.

The hallway entrance to the hotel stank of cigarettes and the reception worker was rather miserable.

The breakfast door was firmly closed at 8.00 a.m when I presented for breakfast. No notice on door, no explanation until I contacted them at end of the day.

Very good location with an amazing Italian restaurant situated on the ground floor. The staff is friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The rooms are clean and includes all you need during your stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

The room is fine and spacious.

The staff is extremely unfriendly, impolite and impatient and rude. He does not speak English. The check in time is 17:30, I have travelled around the world for more than 80 countries and its check in time is the latest I have ever encountered. I could not leave my luggage at the hotel lobby and had to carry it for the whole day. I could not even sit inside the hotel lobby before the check in time, it was ridiculous.

Exceptionally clean room with great facilities for guests. No iron in rooms but clothes can be ironed upon request. Staff were very friendly and made a traveller speaking very little French feel welcome. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant connected to the hotel serving lovely food. Only a couple minute walk from the 29 Bus station that connects to la Gare de Luxembourg and the airport it is very easy to get to. Highly recommend

check in only opens from 5:30pm onwards however is understandable due to the small nature of the hotel

It was very clean with housekeeping every day. The staff were very welcoming and responsive to our needs. The shower was repaired during our stay.

The selection at breakfast was limited. We would have preferred more healthy options.

Very nice experience for my family and me. The location is near the tram station. We had a lovely discussion with one of the owners of this hotel, he gave us very good hints about what we should visit. The food was also very good at the restaurant.

Large comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast. Short walk to free tram into the city. Friendly and very helpful staff. When we asked about laundry facilities they offered to do ours for free. Very clean. Would stay again.
