Great breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly. You could organise activities directly through the camp. Lovely view everywhere you look.

I didn't have chairs outside my Martian dome, whereas the others had a lot. The bathroom was clean but had a weird smell.

El lugar es genial y además se puede llegar en coche. Una vez allí nos dieron un upgrade a una burbuja “Martian”. La experiencia es un lujo: cama grande, baño, aire acondicionado, y para terminar vistas inmejorables al Wadi Ram. El personal superamigable. Pedimos información para ir a ver la puesta de sol y nos llevaron gratis en Jeep. La cena (a parte) y el desayuno (incluido) abundantes y bastante ricos. El sitio en general precioso. Muy recomendable sobre todos los puntos de vista!

the experience was amazing, I could see the stars in the night from my room, and the vibes were so nice, we were dancing all night, as they had a Bedouin party in the night, you can also book the jeep tours and the camel rides with the reception and they will give a good price , I wish to come back again to wadi rum

I stayed in Wadi Rum in jordan in Hasan Zawaideh camp for 1 night, it was a beautiful experience and the dinner was delicious and tasty , we booked the camel ride for sunset time , and the reception gave us a free dinner ,

The camp is beautiful and one can tell that great attention has been paid to the details in the camp. The camp is very big and the location is ideal. The food was absolutely amazing - we cannot fault it at all. The manager/owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. They also have excursions at friendly prices and with good staff. They also provide entertainment which is a great way to end the evening. We loved our room and the view. All facilities were perfect. WiFi is also great.

Toilet seat could be a little better fixed in place as it was moving.

Very kind people, breath taking location and view, comfortable and clean tent. Dinner was delicious. One of the most beautiful places we ever visited.

The staff were nice and helpful, the Martian pod we stayed in was a great experience. Traditional dinner and breakfast was great, also a nice communal area and vibe.

Martian pods could do with touch ups, rear of the pod flooring was missing so gaps through the wood floor to the outside. I would recommend booking jeep tour though the visitor centre rather than camp, as the tours are more professional and take you to the correct places without any shortcuts.

The location is close to the road accessible by car. They have a nice camp with gathering places and free tea and water all day long. Our martial tent was on the front row, with privacy and nice view. The breakfast and dinner buffet was nice and enough choices. They organize various activities and all of the payment could be done with card.

The tents feels old, not well maintained and cheap material. It is the small details. Our tents glass was replaced by plastic thus in the evening the outside view was blurry. Also the picture shown on the booking page doesn’t match the actual tent.

Kahvaltı ve mezeleri lezzetli değildi. Odası çok konforlu değil. Plastik sandalye koymuşlar odalara. Tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu.

O café em si tem gosto de queimado. Detalhes como limpeza das mesas e açucareiro podem ser melhorados. Também oferecer mais opções de pães simples.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, et très honnête....d'autres camps sont moins chers, ce qui est un prix d'appel : la vente de services additionnels est insistante, sans parler des prix de transfert parking - camp additionnels. Repas très correct pour 10 JD. Seconde fois qu'on y séjourne, nous recommandons

la musique forte en extérieur pendant le repas, mais nous sommes aussi des gens recherchant la quiétude....ça doit plaire à d'autres...

It was absolutely outstanding experience for us. we stayed only one night in martian tent which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. check in procedures were quick and efficient. Manager on duty was extremly kind, he arranged for us a jeep tour and provided us all neccessary information. because of his approach and staff attitude we felt very welcomed and pampered. Everything we needed was solved promtly. Dinner buffet was amazing, offering authentic delicious local food. many thanks to all of them, the manager on duty, staff and our driver and tour guide Abdullah. Camp has very convenient location, you can park your car right there, whereas all activities you wanna do in Wadi Rum are ensured by the staff. If we come back we will definitely stay here again, Many thanks for everything.

Wij hadden 3x de Martian tent geboekt en kregen de tenten aan de rand van het park. Op het dek en vanuit de tent hadden we een fantastisch uitzicht. De bedden lagen ook heerlijk; wij hebben fantastische geslapen. De zonsondergang in het gebied is fenomenaal en levert mooie foto's op met de Martian tent op de voorgrond.

Er vielen ons een heleboel dingen tegen, maar misschien lagen onze verwachtingen te hoog. De accommodatie is redelijk grootschalig en er komen veel toerbussen grote groepen toeristen afzetten. Wij werden niet erg vriendelijk ontvangen en het meeste personeel is, op de man die 's ochtends de eieren bakt na, tamelijk knorrig. Het avond eten is een buffet en dat is een grote chaos. Veel te veel mensen die zich verdringen om het eten. Vlak na etenstijd wordt er keihard foute muziek gedraaid (bijv. de macarena). De muziek zorgt zelfs aan de rand van het park nog voor geluidsoverlast. Het past totaal niet in deze omgeving en het voelt alsof je op de kermis bent. Weinig respect voor de natuur. Wij hebben twee uitjes gedaan: kamelenrit en de jeepsafari. Beide zijn erg toeristisch. Voor de jeepsafari hadden we gevraagd naar een specifieke gids, maar kregen heel iemand anders. Aardige man, maar sprak zeer gebrekkig Engels. Ik zou het ook geen gids, maar een chauffeur willen noemen. Er is geen enkele uitleg, je wordt alleen maar van A naar B gereden. Tijdens de 'safari' hobbel je achter andere jeeps aan waarbij je op verschillende plekken eruit gezet wordt met hordes andere toeristen. Ook de plekken zelf waren niet heel erg boeiend. Tot slot gaan er ook een hoop kleine dingen niet goed; onze tenten waren niet erg schoon (bij mijn moeder stond er een doos rottende tomaten in de tent) en er is zelden warm water.

Location is great and beautiful, ask for domes with good views! Owner is kind and helpful. The evening activities were really fun with dancers and fireplace! Dinner buffet was nice, even for vegetarians. Star gazing tour was fun (extra cost) I appreciated the unlimited free water, tea and juices at site.

The A/C in our room was really weak (essential to have in the desert) We booked two jeep tours (3h and 2h) - both of them we had terrible drivers/guides, unfortunately. Did not speak good English and were quite rude. Breakfast and lunch for vegetarians was quite poor.

I booked this place after reading all positive reviews. It shows 9.9 rating in all areas of the facility. The facts are totally opposite. I would rate 2 or 3. I guess all reviews are fake. Beds were very uncomfortable. All my family members suffered with food poisoning after this stay. Food handling was absolutely not good. Staff were very rude. Specially the staff who were assisting in the dinning area.

Amazing views and a good price for a night in the pods.

Situated too close to the road, light pollution stopped us seeing most of the stars, which we believed was supposed to be the highlight.

Be sure to stay in a “Martian” tent, as this is a once in a lifetime experience! The tent is in good condition with awesome views and a nice veranda. The Jeep tour is amazing with a very friendly tour guide, a 4 hour tour was perfectly fine. Both lunch & the Dinner buffet was amazing with delicious food.

I left two chargers in my tent but they were never found when I contacted the camp, which is a bit strange. You have to pay for your drinks separately during dinner.

Decent breakfast. The person who took us for sunrise safari was well mannered and helpful. Also the room boy was kind.

We book the rooms expecting them as bubble camps, but they give normal rooms unless you pay a bomb. Our room was mediocre. No lock for toilet, no lights in the corridor, no bathroom mats, pathetic AC and the rooms were not clean (dusty). No complimentary water or tea / coffee bags. As for the sunrise safari, the trip was supposed to be for 30 mins (charge 35 JD), but it lasted only for 15-20 mins. Not value for money. If possible, avoid star gazing and sunset / sunrise safaris.
