It’s like a $80 hostel for $340/night we paid. The building is so old n smelly of indian food. The room is so dark n damp. The fittings r so dated. The service is very poor. The towels r thin n just a little bigger than the hand towel. In short, the pictures r like a scam, it’s nothing like it. This should b called a hostel not a resort n it has nothing to do with the twin towers as per name n photos. It was a horror stay.

Fantastic location if you want to be near the mount which I did. 1 minute walk and you are on the beach. Coffee club next door and some other nice places to eat nearby. Shops and other bars maybe a 10 minute walk. Just awesome. The room was really spacious with a couch, chair and table and chairs as well as the bed and kitchenette. The pool looked nice and well maintained - saw some kids in it and they were having a great time!

The furniture was kind of cheap and uncomfortable but as you would expect for the price - standard motel type furniture but it was perfectly adequate, no holes or stains or anything. There were coffee ring marks and drips on the side table next to the bed when I arrived - easily wipeable so obviously hadn't been wiped since the last guest was in. Everything else seemed clean but made me a little nervous about their cleaning. OMG I almost forgot the parking - wow, glad I went when they were off season so it wasn't full - those spaces were tight! If there had been a car parked next to me I wouldn't have been able to get out of my car door.

Location was excellent. Good sized rooms. Good having a kitchenette.

Rooms needed a good clean especially the bathroom. Headboard mirror needed cleaning, windows and mirrors dirty. Very poor lighting in all areas, some bulbs not working. Very few mismatched glasses in kitchen. Decor needed updating.

We liked the space in the 1 bedroom Apartment the size of the kitchen is great and the little view of the Mount was a nice feature of the room too Also nice to have the option of a heated pool, spa, gym and sauna

Kinda annoyed it wasn’t fully stocked with toiletries we had to ask for bathroom supplies and no laundry powder (that I could see) came with the suite even tho it had laundry facilities to use in the room, also…you had to hire the pool towels for $1… so if you didn’t bring your own that can be an inconvenience when you do pay enough to stay there you would think it’s inclusive of the price.

Great location across the road from hot pools and around the corner from beach front cafes. Also close enough to downtown Mt Maunganui and it's fabulous restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and informative.

Musty smell in bathroom, balcony was very tight.

Spa pool was great

Broken light fittings. Fridge so iced up that it was useless. No ice cubes. No i information where to get ice from. Insufficient towels. 2 per person should be the norm.
