Quaint house and staff were friendly.

Bathtubs were slippery and one of my friends fell in the bathtub and had to be taken to the emergency room.

The pool was great, this area was cleaned. It is well located, walking distance of everything.

-the room was not clean: hair in the drain, shirt left from previous client. -it is not sound proof, very noisy, you would hear the neighboor sneeze. -the staff at check in were not forthcoming at all. They did not informed us about the possibility of breakfast, pool towel, the check out Time. Absolutely no information was shared with us. We booked this hôtel as it Is advertized to have à tour desk. This Is not accurate, no help, no support and no information was offered to us. Be aware, we would not stay there again and do not recommend it.

The old towels!

I needed to stay here because I missed the last water taxi (5:30pm). It was very empty which allowed me an upgrade to a better 'view'. Walking distance to the water taxi.

The place was missing towels and had a large stain on the sheet. It was too late and the front desk worker had already left, otherwise I'm sure she would have rectified the situation. The 'ocean view' isn't seen from any room, just the terrace. Not much to do around the area or places to eat. This was purely out of convenience, and it served that purpose!

The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The personnel was really friendly. Official check in time is 2pm, I arrived around 11.30am and could check in right away, I really appreciated that.

There was construction work going on outside on my arrival day, which was pretty loud. The next morning there was a total black out in the city, which the hotel could not help, but the only compensation they offered was a very simple breakfast. The wifi was very slow. There were hardly any snacks to get at nighttime and no shops in the neighborhood. In general I thought the price was a little high for what I got.
