Hotel situated close to the water taxi, I stayed for a night before flying back out. Free breakfast and great shuttle service. The staff was nice and helpful as I had difficulty with the wifi and tv in my room but they fixed it all. They hire police surveillance 24/7 which is reassuring. Clean place and good food at the restaurant with amazing sunset views.
The rooms are basic, way too expensive for the amenities such as no pool or gym. I didn’t like that the window was “barricaded” and had no natural light during the day/morning. The room numbers arent in a particular order, so I found myself searching for my room. Alot of noise from the other rooms such as water draining and sounds from the restaurant that is a story above the rooms.

Proximity to the airport and the water taxi were good. The room was clean and well supplied.
The hotel was under construction and quite noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, the hotel restaurant was extremely overpriced. The shower was not intuitive to use. It went from warm to scalding hot in seconds.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful, professional, and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Surprisingly it was quiet as well, even with the construction going on. The rooftop restaurant was comfortable, the food delicious, and the view beautiful! The location was convenient, too.
Service was very slow although the pace of life was slower than we were used to on the island, so we got used to it.

We didn’t get to stay at the property. While we were driving to the hotel, we received a call that they didn’t have any rooms left and we would have to stay at the Biltmore, best Western. However, they charged us the rate for rooms at Golden Bay.

Great Hotel. Staff were helpful in booking excursions, and always willing to help. The room had recently been refurbished and was beautifully decorated. With views over the sea. The restaurant was a bit disappointing not having everything available on the menu but the food we had was good.

Even though the property is in the midst of a major renovation, this was a great place to stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. They upgraded our room and we felt spoiled. The restaurant was very nice. We had a fine dinner and great breakfast. Thank you! Well done.

The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable!! There is a great little restaurant at the top of the hotel which makes it convenient for dinner, especially since you probably don’t want to be walking around too far at night. Little icecream shop down the road was awesome! The hotel was incredibly clean, quiet and safe, everything I look for when I travel!
Surrounding area was a little rough at night, but I don’t think that’s anything the hotel can do to change that!

Location is adjacent to the sea wall and easy to go for your morning walk. The restaurant is great and the prices are reasonable.

Wonderful place, with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly, they all make you feel welcome. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy piece and tranquility. We loved it!
