Carl at Reception was a dream the whole time. Great location for restaurants etc. in the town and walks/runs along seafront.

Newly refurbished and fresh, comfy pillows, nice staff!

The cord for the hairdryer is short and there are no outlets near a mirror, seems like a mistake when refurbishing the rooms, but easy to just change hair dryers :) The room had no blinds, just thin curtains, would have been nice to be able to make it dark for optimal sleep experience. Unfortunately had to leave before breakfast was served - would have been nice if a small take away was available for guests departing early

Super cosy and personal place. Beautifully furnished at the best possible location right at the waterfront. Sundowns are breathtaking ! The other side of the building faces the Almendahl park and the old (medieval) city center of Visby - again with amazing views. Staff is extremely friendly and personal. Great home cooked/baked breakfast buffet. This is our place of choice in Visby/Gotland.

The food is lovely and it is the perfect location and walking distance to everything.

The breakfast was really good.

The room was cramped (no space on the sides of the bed) and the bathroom had a very low standard. All in all, just not worth the money.

Fantastic breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit, cereals, granola and all you could wish for. Tasty bread, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. We also very much liked the breakfast room with soft music and nice views over the park.

Our double bed was placed under the low part of the ceiling on one side - a person taller than 120cm had trouble reaching the bedside. Luckily we had an extra bed in the room... Nice bathroom and shower, but nothing to hang your towels on. No "Please don´t disturb" -sign.

Villa Alma is just an amazing place with helpfull smiling people...

Brilliant location, staff, breakfast and dinner at this wonderful boutique hotel. Will stay again! The owner is very thoughtful and often present, and engages in diskussions with the guests. The whole staff made my wife, daughter and myself feel truly welcome. Great place indeed! Thank you, Anders

The location and the settings was superb

THe only thing I can complain about is that I had to pay extra for a cup of cappuccino in the morning

Very friendly team in a hotel with great location! Nice breakfast which we could enjoy on a sunny terrace.

To us the beds were a bit too hard and we also struggle with the lack of proper darkness in Swedish hotel rooms! -it got bright at 4 a.m. 😬.

Great place! Not only fantastic location, but also very detail oriented hotel. Of course everything was super clean. Breakfast was sublime. Interior design absolutely amazing! The staff was lovely, kind and helpful. They packed us breakfast to go, because we had to leave very very early in the morning and it was much more than we expected. They even added lovely note. We recommend this place very much and looking forward coming back.

This is not smothering that could be named “ bad”. It’s just a little tip to the hotel, because I think they really thrive for highest level. Shower needs either a door or a curtain. It is simply very uncomfortable to get out of the shower and have all the bathroom floors wet. And I would also recommend darker shades on the windows. The light into the room comes very very early and it is difficult to sleep.
