The room was clean and room arrangement was exceptionally well maintained. The hotel location was ideal. I had to walk very less to reach haram which was my main objective.

The reception staff English language skill was low, it was hard for them to understand the language but overall were very helpful and poliet. The main issue I had was with the security guard who spoke in an arrgresive tone to take the car out of hotel parking. It was not clear from signs if guests cant park car but in the end receptionist appologised on his behalf. Imagine I drove for 6 hours and then before even get into the room I was forced to take my car out, Besides, as customer I was surprised to hear that hotel manager was also not on duty at 8pm. Hotel security staff manners would rate it extrmely low.

I wait more than one hour for check in Issue start from booking. Com not from hotel as my booking was not received by hotel so I don't know why I received a lot of emails that everything is ready At the end the hotel staff help me to receive the booking where the booking. Com give another option to stay somewhere else far from the center

The room is well maintained, the location is fantastic, and a short walk towards Jannatul Baqi

The staff is really rude, especially at the counter. They were not at all helpful. Of their system issue, they didn't honor my booking on booking.com. I had to open book it by paying extra vat. I was disappointed in their service.

Refrigerator not working even after I had informed them several times finally came alongside not provided drinks tea , coffee as mentioned should request it and variety of food limited as well as quality not good.

Very solid hotel. Very near Masjid al Nabawai. If you are looking for hotel , go for this.

cleanliness need to be much improved as we found hair and some ashes on the bed breakfast need more varieties but acceptable no room service staff seen and no change for towels and water bottles
