The hotel is located in busy street Morning time from 6am too much traffic and noisy

Everything was excellent. From the moment u step foot in your welcomed with a beautiful scent, very welcoming receptionist who was super sweet and accommodating, anytime we needed anything they were so quick to respond, honestly would come to this hotel every chance I get!! Distance to masjid was very nice and close, super clean and super comfortable beds and bedding I have 0 complaints do yourself a favor and book ur stay with Le Bosphorus you’ll be glad you did!

La seule chose négative est le bruit de la rue. C est très mal isolé contre les nuisances sonores de l’extérieur. Le choix au petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié.

Location and customer service. Malak and Rakan on Front desk were amazing

The property was close to the mosque. All of our rooms were clean and spacious. Malak and Rakan at the front desk made our stay excellent with their excellent service. So helpful and kind.

Nice modern room, good location.

Booked a king room and got two single beds pushed together. Gap in the middle was very uncomfortable. Shower was broken with water spraying out outside of the shower itself. Breakfast was average, pastries were not fresh. Hardly any seating for guests had to wait for people to finish before we could sit down to eat. Plastic cups for juice.

King bed with two small mattress instead of one. Breakfast limited options and below average. The room was not the one we selected on site. Refund is needed for the wrong selection

I always have expectations of better from Bosphorus but this time it was compromised a little. The staff decent. Room was actually great and pretty big for a 4-bed booking, including a good walk-in sort of closet. Location is also improving and become more walkable with a nice vicinity.

Breakfast needs to improve big time. The quality & freshness isn't really there. Also, the bathroom had some sanitation issues I felt this time. Had some odor coming from the drains which is not a good very feeling.

Breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Bathrooms are of good quality.

Proximity to Haram, supermarket, taxis and shops

We could hear noises from next door room. Also, I booked a superior king room but I was given was somewhat similar to a standard twin room cos they were 2 beds with different mattresses joined instead of one end like I saw in the picture

The location is ideal. Three minutes' walk from the mosque.

The reception staff were not pleasant at all, apart from the cleaners and doormen. The room was not cleaned every day, but that's not the fault of the cleaners as I saw them every day.

The location and the cleanliness were the winners in this location.

Breakfast was very basic. Check in took very long as only one lady was in attendance.

A top-quality accommodation with excellent access to the holy mosque. Special mention to Azad who was extremely hospitable at the concierge and helped us with arranging a taxi to the airport. The team were also very supportive in storing our luggage after the check out time. Excellent staff and service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Bosphorus Al Madinah Hotel which exceeded all my expectations. the water level in the toilet seat seemed a bit higher than usual.

great location, great staff, i would stay again. bathroom stinks a bit thats the only negative notice i had . i would recommend and will stay there again when i visit .

TV is limited to few channels, smart tv or extra veriaty of channels would be great.
