Close to train station and free shuttle in morning was great

A bit of road noise

Fantastic location for the purpose of our stay. Clean and warm.

The bathroom floor became very slippery after use. Not noticeable until someone slipped over. I was surprised the rooms weren’t serviced in a three night stay. The rubbish wasn’t emptied and we ran out of toilet paper.

Close to our venue and easy to get to

The room is a very good size with great facilities. Staff friendly

The room was warm and spacious and we appreciated the electric blanket. The location was great.

there was not enough tea, coffee and milk for our stay, so I had to keep asking for more, which felt like an inconvenience.

Staff very willing to shuttle our group to the rail station and pick up again on our return from Greymouth at no charge.

Went to a gig at Arena so was perfect location, great 1 bedroom, excellent facilities. Host and his little girl were very helpful, recommended to all

breakfast was not delivered as ordered

they advised they had parking for a UTE and trailer if the motel had been full there would have not been enough parking there was not enough room to turn around so had to back out
