Super property, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, lovely touches- fresh milk in the fridge was a great surprise 😀

very were very modern and the linen and towels were of a high standard, linen hairdryer and fixtures were very nice. Loved the offering of cereal and fresh milk for a quick no fuss breakfast.
I really battled with accessing the property as I had no idea how it all worked, when I called the number on the email they said it was the wrong number. if it hadn't been for a great young man that works there that assisted me. I would have looked for an additional hotel. There should be a small card with instructions of how to use the digital keypads for ease of use please. I am new to the UK and was very unfamiliar with the whole process. Other than that the room and bathroom with small kitchenette was lovely.

The location is excellent and the Promenade has an easy going 'continental' feel. It's within easy walking distance of the the Minster, parks and gardens. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.
Although not a problem for us, parking could be difficult for some people. There are public parking spaces (metered) in the road outside the property but for a maximum stay of 2 hours. The property covers the cost of parking from 16.00 (earliest check-in on day of arrival) until 11.00 (latest check-out on day of departure) so - if you arrive before 14.00 - they would be a period not covered by personal payment. Parking is free from 18.00 until 08.00 the following morning and most guests arrive after 16.00 so not an issue.

Excellent location right on edge of town. Beautiful old 4 story town house.
Rooms were lovely size. Bed really comfortable.
Badly needs internal renovation/restoration as it is likely to a listed building.

Amazing location right in the centre. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Came here bank holiday weekend with my partner. Stayed in the small double room. Very cosy. Breakfast was a selection on continental and cooked food. Great quality.

The location was excellent for exploring the place by foot. The room was spacious for our party of 3 and the shower was great.
Everything was fine during our stay so we liked everything.

The most delicious breakfast, cooked in our presence, and brought to our table by a most courteous Gentleman - who was also the chef.

Rooms are huge, spacious and very clean. Great location. The breakfast was fantastic.
Only small area at back for parking but we had 2 spaces not sure what happens if these are full. Not really a social bar area for drinks but the hotel owners are very nice.

Great location for Cheltenham town centre and the racecourse. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the cooked breakfast was good. Communication with the owners post-booking/pre-arrival was prompt and courteous.

Personal service from the lovely couple who own the hotel. Very friendly, breakfast cooked to order, room was lovely size and right in the centre.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful on arrival and at breakfast, where he cooks whatever you want from eggs on toast to a Full English. The room was larger than expected and very clean, and the location was very central. Would definitely recommend!
