My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. breakfast was good but it would be nice to see some other variations ie bioled eggs,chesses and other fruit and healthy options.

parking for this hotel is not adequate and the parking place is not a good places to go if you are a solo traveller.

The room was far too hot - the aircon didn't seem to work. Reading previous reviews, there have been similar complaints for the past year with no repairs it seems. They have a laminated sheet in the room giving you some ideas on how to stay cool (close the curtains, open windows, go into the beer garden to cool down) - how about just fix the aircon? It was 16 degrees outside and 23.5 degrees in the bedroom - I have no idea why. Very uncomfortable sleeping temperature.

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Knew what to expect as we had stayed before.

Breakfast wasn't quite as good this time. 1st day - bacon a bit too well done. 2nd day - slow replenishing food - probably because they had a bus trip there.

The temperature of the room was a bit hot and smaller than I expected for 4 people.

The bathroom was extremely dated and cramped. The breakfast was great but no where near enough seating. And the walls were paper thin, so could here everything going on in the hallways and rooms next door.

Comfortable room, with nice bathroom conveniently near to centre of town. Staff friendly and helpful.

The parking is not free. Although you get a discount for the parking it is not free. The quality of the breakfast was not great, e.g. scrambled eggs were quite questionable! However, it was very busy so staff were doing their best.

The room was perfect the location was perfect break was really good, nice and fresh. Room was on the 1st floor so when lift was busy we use the stairs as we didn't have many to go down or up. The bars and shopping were about 2 mins walk so no use for taxis.

The air con wasn't working in our room, but reception brought us up a electric heater. Even though the breakfast was nice could of done with some mushrooms and options of eggs I.e fried or pouched even though the scrambled eggs were nice I do like other options.

Room was smelly, especially the drains. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Room felt dated.

Excellent check-in with Ashley. Good hot cooked breakfast. Helpful receptionist when we checked out. Room was clean.

Room was too hot. Double bed was smaller than expected. The NCP was expensive to park overnight, even with the discount. The swimming pool was closed for a week for maintenance. There was no mention of this in earlier correspondence. They ran out of food at breakfast - bacon, croissants, juice - and didn't replace them while we were there.

Friendly staff, good choice for breakfast (but Premier Inn has branded products e.g. Yeo Valley yoghurt), nice bathroom.

Small room, sofa bed, off-site swimming pool, that was being repaired and so we couldn't use it.

Location was brilliant, as were the staff.

The total absence of teaspoons! Calling a limited menu served from the bar a ‘restaurant’ is stretching the truth.

Check-in was slow, especially as we had pre-booked. Lifts were crowded.

Very helpful pleasant staff, great location

Even though the room was meant for a family, my 14 year old daughter had to sleep on an incredibly uncomfortable sofa bed, that appeared to be old and broken. Surely a family room should provide beds for all members of the family.

The location was fabulous and the room was a good size.

We were placed in a twin room. We would have preferred a double but when we enquired we were told there was none available

Very warm hotel which we did not like and air conditioning in room didn't really cool the room, this is the only fault with the place

Comfortable bed good location

Too warm and stuffy in the room, only one very small window that could be opened a few inches.

Location was very good for access to the brewery quarter where there was a fair selection of food and drink outlets for a nice evening out

Overall experience was very good. Cleaning staff when passing in corridor in morning could not manage to even smile or say good morning as we passed. Struggled to even make eye contact.!!
