Upon arrival, me and my partner were in awe of the house and grounds, but it didn't stop there as we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff as soon as we arrived to when we departed, the spa was a very welcome treat and we was really happy with all the amenities provided, we ate at the restaurant and we can not put into words just how exquisite our meal was, its most definitely a must try as you will not be disappointed, breakfast was also amazing, overall its a 10/10 and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place.

Everything! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Greenway Hotel and Spa. My stay there,was exceptional. I hope to be able to return in the not too distant future, for another wonderful stay.

Not one single thing!! The hotel was beautiful. The staff was fantastic. There was not one thing that I would have changed.

discretionary 30% service charge on evening meal I thought was excessive although helpful, very few of the staff smiled or created that personal connection with you as a guest. felt robotic could have done with more beds at spa. had to wait around a bit for one to become free

We love the spa and we used the gym which was handy. We visit often for a treat. We love the meals because they are modest portions so you can try the starter and desert which is unusual for us. Excellent quality food. Breakfast always top notch too. Lovely grounds. We particularly like the rooms, they are set out quite differently and the beds are very comfy indeed, nice and soft.

It was stunning and just wow.

This was a four night stay as a treat. The whole stay was Fantastic. All of the staff were courteous, respectful and looked happy in their work. The attention to detail was noted. The food was delicious. The rooms are recently refurbished and very comfortable. The spa and pool was also great. To be highly recommended.

The hotel grounds and the hotel itself was beautiful. All staff were very attentive, especially the bar man, sadly we didn’t get his name, he made my girlfriends birthday very special. it was a home away from home.

Location, staff, breakfast, room

At short notice we wanted a place a short drive away with a spa. Greenway met that criteria and we had a lovely big room and the breakfasts were excellent. We had one evening meal and that too was excellent. The Spa was fairly good and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout with special mention for Alex and Modelin.

Our room was newly refurbished but the hot water/coffee machine didn't work. This had to be replaced for us. There were no room instructions in the room (because of covid though there were other magazines in the room!?) and there was no QR code in the room (till day 3) so we couldn't read up on things. There were coffee pods but no information about which were de-caffeinated and which weren't - and the evening staff didn't know the answer either. The Spa nails treatment wasn't done well by the first person but was put right by Chloe who was excellent on day 2.

We wanted a place for some R&R after a busy Christmas, and the The Greenway was perfect. A stunning room, excellent food both complimented by helpful and caring staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

It was stunning and in a lovely location, we only had breakfast at our stay but it was lovely, the room was gorgeous and exceptionally clean very polite and helpful staff will definitely be staying again.
