The room was great, clean and spacious, the whole resort is very beautiful, the pool and pool bar were great. Perfect for family.

A splendid experience, a real gem in Pefkochori. This is a family owned business, so even more reason to stay there. The hotel is incredibly clean, very well laid out and organized, and you have everything at your disposal. The pool is large enough, the gardens are beautiful, and the staff are attentive. Bonus: they change towels every day, which shows that they go above and beyond for hygiene. Do not think twice, this is the place where you go to relax in a busy town like Pefkochori.

The owners try to reduce the cost with unorthodox ways. They used cheap materials and reduced the staff members,both these are sources of problems.

The breakfast was of average quality. The accommodation was fine, the beach approx. 350-400 m from the accommodation. The location of the hotel and its courtyard decorated with palm trees provided a fantastic experience.

Parking was difficult, the hotel does not have a parking lot. The settlement was very boring.

I stayed at Hotel Pilalidis for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and we had no problems whatsoever regarding the hotel. The cleanliness was above average, every day the bedding sheets were changed as well as our towels and the floor was mopped. The beach was realistically 10 min away and if you're going with a car I highly recommend you go to Paliouri Beach. I did not use the pool or the bar next to it therefore I cannot make any comments about it, but from the side it looked great. The breakfast was good with more than enough variety for a normal breakfast. All in all the price for the experience at the Hotel Pilalidis was satisfying.

I honestly cannot think of anything bad except for some insignificant minor things.

Swimming pool was very nice and clean for both adults and children where we enjoyed spending some extra time drinking local coffee. Garden outside was also well preserved with nice atmosphere, enough shadow and walkways, plus even a playground for kids. Hotel's location is a good advantage since it is at walking distance from the town's center, but also quiet enough for a clam sleep.

The room was smaller than expected for a family of 4 and definalty not a "family suite". Cleaning was poor, especially for the toilet and coordination with the stuff for cleaning hours was pointless. Breakfast was of low quality, industrialized with no personal local touch. Privacy at the room was a terrible experience since there isn't any at all. Last but not least, there was no parking place available and we had to search around the Hotel for a place.

Large room beautifully decorated. Large air-conditioning unit and comfortable beds. Everyday serviced with clean towels and bed sheets. Beautiful balcony too.

I've been to this hotel about 4 times before, mostly not in high season like now. I was in the room together with the child. The room was equipped simply , but suitably for the needs of relaxation. The room was big enough. There were no mosquitoes at the hotel which is frequent in this area. Because of the location, it was not hot in the room and there was almost no need to turn on the air condition at all. The cleaning was done precisely. We had clean towels every day. The hotel has good small swimming pool suitable for adults and children.

I missed more contact from the staff, more information about the services of the hotel, what's going on in the nearby area, where the better beaches are, etc. It was a bit impersonal. Overall, there is a huge parking problem in Pefkohori. Parked cars block the roads. Trying to avoid oncoming vehicles is quite likely to damage your own car.
