Location is great. Good water pressure in the bathroom.
The sofa in the hall which acts as a sofa bed as well needs to be replaced. Sitting on it feels uncomfortable as the padding is so thin one can feel the steel framework.

Location wise - close to the mall. The room is spacious!, with a strong water flow (excellent!). Well-equipped kitchen (good enough to cook a simple meal). AC is pretty good too.
Nothing. - just a bit confusing to find a place. But the owner will guide you. Super helpful. By the way, I wish extra pillows would be great

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL COME AGAIN. MR. JASON WAS VERY HELPFUL TOO. THE SUPERMARKET THERE EASY FOR US TO BUY OUR FOOD AND THINGS. VERY GOOD.

ceiling leaking water causing floor to be wet. Management provided a pail to collect water but the risk of slippery floor poses a concern for elderly people who cannot afford to fall.

I like everything in this apartment. Superb comfortable. Like 2nd home.
The lock of door is not function well.
Closed from inside, first turn ok, second turn will auto open. But this will not effect I stay again.

helpful service staffs
TV and Astro not working the whole time. The staff came to reset the TV and astro in the morning and seemed working well.
But then in the evening upon my return, its the same problem again - NO SIGNAL. But they already off duty at night.

The room was clean, the staffs was friendly & helpful. And there is supermarket under the apartement, so it's easy to get anything you needs.
It's a bit far from city..but still can use grab / bus

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Our arrival was expected and even gave a call. Apartment was so clean and tidy when we arrive. Parking is available at the basement carpark. Location is also good. Coffee shops and super market is there at the ground floor, so convenient.
Air cond noise is so bad and disrupting the sleep.

Omera helped us so well, and she upgraded our room ♡ Location is great and the apartment is nice. Also the facilities in the building were very convenient
The lift was a bit of a struggle and the smell of the river behind the building was quite bad.

The apartment is clean and tidy. Great for family vacation. Near to KFC and food stall. Parking access is very convinient. No need to worries. Will come again for stay. Thanks for the friendly service. Feels like VIP treatment. Kudos to the staff 👍
