It is very dirty and the aircond is not cold enough the toilet door broken very bad experience wouldn’t come again very expensive not worth the price

Really huge spacious room, wonderful beach bar, and nice swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, i really loved that food. The bed was very very comfortable. After i read many negative comments, this place was a big surprise in the best way.

Unfortunately not everything is perfect, our room was a bit run down, the balcony doors need real power to open or close, we didnt have any hot water, and the safe was unusable. The elevators are quite fast, but sometimes need to wait a lot, because its busy.

Nice view from balcony. Bus stop nearby. Exellent breakfast. Nice path to sea. Big and comfortable room. Very big balcony with table and chairs. Cleaning and supplies of water and toiletries every day. Hot water. Good air conditioning. Wifi.

We booked the hotel thinking about swimming possibilities but there were swimming only muslim families in their robes so we did not feel comfortable to use beach.

the only thing i like was that the view and also its near the beach, they upgraded me to a bigger room, which i dont really need as the tv is in the living room and not in the bedroom. but im thankful.

the building is abit old, not well managed. the lift is faster compared to the previous reviews. the bfast buffet could have more varieties.

Near to beach & there is restaurant around

1. The room still hv some dusty & smell 2. Looks like apartment but don't hv proper utensil 3. So many 2star hotels providing simple tooth paste & brush but here not.

Everything is good except some of the things are old already and not being maintained well.

Old stains look like very old buildings. food are bad.

it could have been cleaner, the toilet dripped, half the light globes didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, at times the air conditioning sounded like a hammer drill.

The ocean and beach view from this hotel was amazing. We enjoyed it so much and that's why we stayed 6 days here. The beds comfortable. The pool was lovely. Breakfast ok with attentive efficient staff.

Hotel is a little run down, but the view and beach side position compensated for this. The Laguna restaurant downstairs on the beach has loud music till midnight every night which can be heard while trying to sleep

The room with land and sea views are great. Nice room with good hygiene. I liked the room's curtain very much because it was thick and make the room dark even in the afternoon when closed.

The bathroom door was broken. I does not recommend the gym because the area is small with less equipment.

The room we stayed,1305, was clean & spacious. Tho furniture maybe a bit old but we don't mind as everything (esp the linens) was fresh smelling and very clean. Carpet was clean, no smells or stains. Aircond was very cold both rooms. Perfect for family with children as it is really spacious Breakfast was well cooked. Staff are attentive and clear the tables fast Beachfront was great, fire show on weekends was awesome! Plenty of parking lots available

Corridor lights, would be nice if changed to brighter led lights. Some people may find it's gloomy and spooky but it doesn't really bother me. Security/parking area staff should be more helpful and patrol the area more. Tv reception not great. Blurrish but we still struggle to watch 🤭

If it is not for the location, I would recommend travelers to skip this hotel for your stay. Was rated 4 stars on Booking.com, but I think Oyo is better. Overall not recommended, and no value for you money.

Booked 3 types of family suite and one deluxe suite: - Dust was everywhere, no maintenance/preparation to accept guests - No proper maintenance/cleaning for the property. Bathroom with mould, toilet cant be flushed, access card not working properly (twice during 3 nights stay) - Front desk not friendly at all and trying to deny every customer request. The fromt desk here was a lady named Zulikha/Khalija if I remembered the named correctly.
