Over all the hotel has a great location and offers important amenities, our stay was overall delightful until we checked out. The hotel policy is ONLY GUESS WITH CARS BIKE CUSTOMERS ARE UNWANTED.
Security staff made it so obvious that if I ride a bike I can't access the hotel. I had to park far away and walking.

I was charged before even having the chance of arrive. check in at 3pm and I was charged at 1.
I told them and they just stated I they could charge whenever they wanted. a bit rude to my taste

Amazing beds! The quality & comfort mattresses, pillows & duvets are of top international hotels. I slept like a princess! Breakfast is good.
the down side it that is that pool is open until 11 a.m.!!! Basically, guest cannot enjoy the pool neither the day of the check out, since it is al 1 p.m., nor early in the morning to exercise. There is no black tea for breakfast, waiters & receptionists have no idea what is back tea!!

I have been booking the GHL Hotel Neiva since 2016. It is the best option to stay in Neiva. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful. All hotel facilities were organized and clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner werre always very good. I strongly recommend it.
