We absolutely loved our stay at Pfandl. The hosts are very kind and welcomed us with schnaps. They also helped us a lot with our höhenweg and called the huts for us for information. The apartment was brand new renovated and very nice. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast very delicious with fresh scrambled eggs. Also, we could use the washer and drier for free. If we are in Neustift again we will definitely stay here again!

The balcony didnt have a view but we did not mind because the rest was splendid!

Big apartment with kitchen with living room and bedrroom. Everything clean and much equipped/microwave, toaster, small external oven, kettle/. Room had balcony. Enough spots to park the car although enter and exit garage takes more maneuvers :) Restaurant available and village has plenty others. Sufficient space where to put stuff an clothes. Beds were comfortable enough.

No lift otherwise everything is fine! To sleep on enlargeable couch would be impossible for a week. One night was okey. But super uncomfortable.

Our room was lovely, gorgeous view of the mountain from the balcony. Maria is fantastic and goes out of her way to look after you (without being intrusive). Such good value for being in the centre of town, also right next to the bus stop which takes you to the glacier. Breakfast is also tasty and includes a good spread.

Very nice hotel in peaceful small city. Close to great ski areas - Stubai Gletscher and Schlick 2000. Because of bad weather, we took the smaller Schlick 2000 and we were positively surprised. Nice, good enough for all kind of skiiers. The hotel is friendly, well managed. It is not luxurious however I am confident that people who are looking for good comfortable accommodation, will enjoy it.

Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs! Location was perfect for bus to the Stubai Glacier and also to Innsbruck.

• very easy to get to from the airport using public bus • lovely greeting, we were personally shown round the hotel inc breakfast area, ski store and room • great room. especially for the price • breakfast was good, again considering the price • fantastic location, probably 20 metres away from the bus stop that takes you to and from stubai (bus is free, takes around 30 mins ish). • also on location, dead centre of Neustift so great for evening activity too.

Perfect personnel

Perfect location in the middle of town. Great value for money. We asked for separate beds (we were 2 friends) and they upgraded us to a big, modern apartment with 2 bed rooms (along with a living room and a kitchen). Staff was very nice and friendly.

This was a great place to stay! The hotel is near public transportation and restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was so comfortable, well designed and furnished! We also loved the area because the apartment came with the Stubital card, so the public transportation was all free! We went to see the glacier, went hiking and had a blast. Such a great hiking, walking and, let’s be honest, eating area! Every restaurant we visited was excellent and while we could have cooked in the lovely kitchen in our apartment, we didn’t.

I wish I had asked for an apartment facing the mountain on an upper floor - and I will the next time. And I am definitely thinking of returning!

Great location!

We were very happy to be welcomed by Maria which runs the place. She seems to always be around and take care for everything. We enjoyed the stay in the family room and used the kitchen quite often. We got the Stubai Super Card and enjoyed the valley for an entire week, mostly without paying any extras. The room got cleaned daily. Overall while being kinda out dated (I think most places are like that in this areas) it was pretty much in a good shape and maintenance. (We felt it like sleeping in our granny's). The balcony is nice.
