the location was great nearby Unicentro and the breakfast was also good.

our bathroom didn’t flush and they couldn’t change us to another bedroom because there wasn’t one available for both of us, only single bedrooms and we had a deluxe one

This is a horrible hotel. Would not recommend at all. Horrible! The guest next door to my room played loud music from 9pm, all through the night, until 1pm the next day at checkout. They were obviously having a party. Was unable to sleep at all due to the loud music. Complained multiple times to the employee at the desk and they literally did nothing. This is unacceptable. This is not a night club. The breakfast was not good. The room did not have a window. The room was extremely humid, all the time. Often the employee would not be at the desk and you would have to wait several minutes outside for them to return to open the door.

Bathrooms are the most unconformable that I have ever seen. The design is far from modern looks mote like a stool in a prison. The lightening in general is neither well distributed or gives the option of privacy.

Breakfast/ breakfast ladies and cleaning ladies. Very clean rooms breakfast variety and caring staff. Availability until 11am and variety of morning soup and eggs made to order Location. Although the bigger hotel down the rd has better rooms, air con and much better food and it is cheaper

reception not being well trained, being charged twice , noise from the drug fuelled and inconsiderate guests playing house music all night for 3 nights straight and the hotel not doing anything about it. No fresh air, no windows for double rooms. Large bathroom, but no privacy

The location is great, right near the mall and cafe, restaurants, etc

it was a bit loud here, I wish they had sound proof windows to help out. Because they are in a via, the noise travels and echoes a bit. Also, they tried to charged me for toiletries that I never used so that kind of pissed me off. In the end, I never paid it.

Location is the best

Cleaning staff and kitchen staff were fantastic.

Reception didn't know what they were doing, gave away one of the rooms i had paid for, double charged us. Charged both myself and my guest, which embarrassed me to no end. Could not control the guests who partied all night, every night. Sleep was not possible for 2 nights with the doof doof music and the drugs going on all night. I ended up with a massive migraine after a very long haul flight plus no sleep. After charging my guests and I for the room, they gave them separate rooms for one night (because they oversold the double rooms) then without warning told them they had to move the following night. They had no choice and ended up in a room where the beds were too small for their 6ft plus height. We could only have 1 key per room although we are adults with different schedules. Short of it, I will never recommend this place. Also, there are no windows in the shared rooms. A skylight covered in cables and air con that is noisy and not very efficient. Air is stale all the time. Bathroom very nice to look at, but not practical. No fans to remove odours
