Excellent hotel 🏨 but it has nothing to do with Lake view, But it was very neat and clean, with historical painting 🖌️.

Parking space is a problem, situated in a congested area, but not an issue, all nearby hotels guest mutually adjust it.

If you want to travel in India never meeting real Indian people don't come here. The hotel is the genuine article. Incredible staff, beautiful room, really warm and hospitable place. I was invited to join the chef and his friends on the roof to celebrate a bachelors party. All of the food home cooked, the manager and owner turned up. Only stay here if you want to me authentic people on your trip to India otherwise stay in a 'palace' somewhere else. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great location. Could enjoy the little rooftop. Very nice staff. The owner kindly upgraded our room without us even requesting.

Bad smell coming from bathroom every day for a few hours. Food expensive on restaurant menu.

The Location is prime everything is nearby including City palace is walking Distance. Good Restaurant nearby for lunch and Dinner

Villa was really good and the staff was really helpful

The location was the best thing about this place. It's hardly 5mins walking distance from major tourist attractions and market.

The property has no lift and climbing ta stairs with big luggage is very painful. Even after multiple calls n confirmation for early arrival, no arrangements were made from the hotel's end - even to freshen up. Had to sit in cold in the lobby.

The hotel staff was so good 🙂. Best for family and even for couples at a decent price.

Staff are very polite . Location is close to the Pichola lake with lots of restaurants around.

The Hotel is in the Old city .Location is difficult to reach as you have to transfer your luggage to a small vehicle which is troublesome as no such information is shared earlier . There is no proper fooding arrangement . Lakeview is a misnomer .

Owner was good. He offered us bigger room without any additional charges. Food was very delicious. If you are fond of history and mythology then the owner is the one with whom you should interact. Had a great time.
