great location and breakfast was good with many options. onsen on site is great especially in the cooler months.

the heaters were already on with no option for a/c so the room were hot. had to leave back sliding door open at night to get comfortable which led to mosquito bites.

Very good breakfast but not vegetarian nor vegan options. The location is very good and closed to the beach but restaurants around were closed. The rooms are very wide.

The hotel and all facilities urgently need a date. I think the price is too expensive in relation to what it offers. The guests up to me were very noisy. I contacted with reception and they changed my room to another one closed to these noisy guests so the situation didn't change so much. They didn't warn to the guests. There is not room service. If you want to eat in your room you have to take and return the dishes by yourself.

The location was great, right on the beach as advertised & many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was really good & the onsen was a bonus we weren’t expecting!

The beds were very hard & the furniture in the bedroom was very dated. The big pool was just starting to be filled when we left (Apr 1).

Breakfast was excellent with many choices! It was great to have a nice beach right in front of the hotel, and the swimming pool was also nice. The bath house was very relaxing as well and there weren't many guests at the time so we mostly had that to ourselves.

We thought the beach in front of the hotel would be better for snorkelling, but there weren't many fish. Perhaps if we moved up or down the beach more, or at a different time of day it would have been better.

The lobby, dining area and hallways look like they have been updated recently and look amazing. The staff spoke very little English but were so nice. They have a beer vending machine on the second floor which we thought was great since the lobby bar was not open. The hotel was very clean. The beach sand is so soft and the water color is amazing.

Rooms need up dating! The beds were the worst part (I felt like I was sleeping on the floor) and the linens were scratchy. Both pools are in need of resurfacing.

front staff was rude, speak with emotion the one that pregnant. I understand that maybe its hormone but still.. Could have been better. the room was old but clean.
