Quiet location but close to town. Beautifully decorated room with good Aircon and fan. Very comfortable bed. Audrey so very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

We stayed in two different rooms; both were spacious and recently, tastefully updated. The staff was extremely friendly and all went out of their way to be helpful. The location was a short walk or bike ride restaurants and grocery stores, but away from the busiest areas. We used the free bikes every day to explore the island and Audre called golf cart taxis for us when needed.

No coffee pots! They had hot pots or tea kettles, but apparently Nescafe is the norm in Belize (we didn't have a coffee maker in our Belize City hotel, either). There was a bit too much light at night from a/c & tv power buttons for me. The hotel has a nice seating area near the water, but there is really no beach to speak of (this is true of the east side of the entire island) and the sargassum is a HUGE problem right now,

Location was perfect - a short cycle to the main street which meant it was nice and quiet but really convenient. Cleanliness - whole apartment was spotless. Communication with owner - Audre was brilliant. Local recommendations provided - Really helpful. Size and layout of apartment - Perfect for us and the other couple we were travelling with. Bikes provided which we used daily.

Away from the middle of the hustle and bustle but still a short walk to cycle ride to everything. fabulous shower, comfortable bed, lots of cupboard space and spacious room. Audre is the most excellent manager and could not have been more helpful.

We had a lovely stay, perfect location and great room. Audre was great and made us feel very welcome. She also booked us a private snorkling tour with sharks which was incredible.

Free drinking water, spacious room, beautiful views from the beach chairs area, amazingly helpful staff. Audre took such good care of me, from arranging tours and dinner reservations to arranging medical care when I got sick.

Audre was absolutely incredible from the moment we booked the hotel till the day we departed. She gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and helped us navigate the island . Angie who cleaned our room was such a pleasure to meet and she did a great job on our room every day. The hotel is a hidden gem. Close enough to the restaurants and activities but far enough for a peaceful stay.

I had an amazing experience! Audre was a perfect host and was available at all times, even helped me figure out the ferry back to Mexico. She also was gracious enough to let me do a late check out as I had ti before the ferry left. the free bikes were a great addition the rooms were super clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. highly highly recommend!!

Before booking a hotel, I do a thorough research to make sure we will have a comfortable stay. I usually look for a mixed of great pictures, location and reviews. Tree Tops Hotel did not disappoint and actually exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the lighthouse room and it was more spacious than shown in the pictures. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed and pillows were extremely comfy, there was both AC and a fan in the room (believe me, you WILL need them) and the service was top notch. Audre (manager) reached out to me prior to our arrival and helped us set up taxis from/to BZE-water taxi as well as a golf cart from/to water taxi-hotel. This was a labor day/birthday trip and Audre was exceptional at check in time from showing us around the property and making recommendations on the best places to eat in town to having balloons in the room for my friend. The property is tucked away so you will not have all the action/noise coming from the main strip, but you're only about 5 minute walk way which is very convenient. I can't wait to come back to Caye Caulker and will definitely consider Tree Tops for my next stay!

First, Audre (Aww-dree) at reception was fantastic. She contacted me before I arrived and set-up taxi rides from airport to ferry and from ferry to hotel for me. She helped with excursions and so many other things. The hotel is set a little bit away from the "action" but the hotel offers bikes and walking doesn't take long either. The sunset room we stayed in was great and the balcony offered privacy.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed, a little to firm. We stayed in the sunset room.

We stayed in the Lighthouse room which was incredible spacious and very well decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and we loved the free bikes! A must stay place! 😍

Treetops is a hidden gem on the island. Could not fault our stay at all. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 4. Audrey made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay, She was also very helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to do on the island. The room had excellent decor and finishings and the bed was as comfortable as they get. Would highly recommend and would most certainly return!

The hosts Valentina and Giambattista were very kind and friendly. They helped us in any way they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The beds were very comfy, the room was very big with a kitchen and a beautiful view. Really made our stay in Caye Caulker!

The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the location excellent and the advice provided very helpful. The laundry service was welcome and the A/C was strong. Overall, a decent place to stay.

The room was very small, as was the bathroom, and not being able to flush paper down the toilet (in what is a very small room and small bathroom with no proper door) detracted from the 'ambiance', let's say. The lighting to the entrance of the property could be better. The 'private beach' is an oversell- it doesn't smell great and it's not much of a beach..

We loved staying at Tree Tops. It's quiet and peaceful. The top floor has a nice view of the ocean and large terrace.

It was a wonderful stay. I can't think of anything else. The bikes were really useful in getting around. Staff was wonderful and owners super friendly!

Overall the place was very cute and clean. It was a great distance from downtown Caye caulker and very easy to walk to everything!

Of course absolutely no fault of the owners whatsoever since it’s a natural island thing but there’s a lot of sargassum in the area which can be a little off putting if you have a sensitive nose. I also requested late check out and was confirmed by the owners that we could check out at noon instead of 10 am but the house cleaners came at 10 am and told us we had to leave which we weren’t expecting and had to pack up everything rather quickly. It seems like maybe management doesn’t talk to the house staff and we got caught in the middle?

The property has been decorated beautifully, with no expense spared - right down to the fixtures and fittings. The room was spacious, had plenty of storage and was immaculately clean. The hosts gave us lots of useful insider tips about the island and restaurant recommendations.

The room didn’t have a balcony, but it didn’t really matter. There is an outdoor communal area with some seating, and also a private area on the beachfront.

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Attention to detail is important to them!

This entire home is perfection! The owners are wonderful hosts that have a great eye for interior design and it’s been newly refurbished in 2020. I throughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home and the location is perfect! The hosts also provide bicycles for each guest which was a very welcomed gesture and made exploring the island so much fun and convenient! If you enjoy luxury and appreciate great hospitality then this is definitely the best resort on the island!
