Clean room
I requested for baby bed in my booking and it was confirmed. In addition, I called the hotel on the telephone to ensure they had the baby bed and they responded they do have a baby. When I arrived I received my room key with a notice that there was no baby bed.
There was no shampoo and it not indicated on the website that i needed to bring my self

A great location, excellent breakfast with lovely lady offering more items items if required. a very nice contemporary room.
A really horrible cooked cabbage smell from the kitchen below I presume

The breakfast was great.
Room next to highway. Window doesnt close completely, so noisy. No screen to make window dark, so too bright in the morning. Shower was broke, only very hot water, impossible to use. Very hard bed.

I cannot judge the quality of breakfast as I leave at 6.45 am and breakfast is served only as from 7.00 am. The first room I was offered had a problem with the bathroom (the shower was not working), luckily I received another room for the second night, In this room, the shower was working just enough...
The uncertainty of the restaurant being open in the evening or not.

Location is convenient for business travelers, but for tourists, one should remember you are away from the center of the city and the shopping area.
for 2 evenings, the restaurant for not accessible rented out to people. My bathroom is reaching the moment maintenance is demanded as the mold starts to build up.

Nice room and good breakfast. Friendly people. wifi worked very well.
Unfortunately close to highway which reveals to some noise during the night as window is not perfectly closing.

The breakfast was amazing
They actually placed me in another hotel 15 min driva away. Which was okay, nice place. It was just very noisy, so I couldn't sleep well.

The room was clean, equipped with coffee/tea maker, TV and magazines. The bed was good with several pillows. The bathroom had a huge bathtub as promised in the booking.
Breakfast was exceptional with pastries, egg, jam and other spreads, yogurt and drinks.
The staff was very welcoming, on time and polite.
The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable but still OK.
Other than that all was perfect!

Lovely room but spoiled by absence of help and rude hostile approach of only staff member to appear
Couldn’t get in. No staff present to begin.Very unfriendly staff when eventually showed up. I figured getting out of prison would be easier than getting into this joint

Nicely restored property with a lovely terrace. Good location for cycling in the area. Close to Kortrijk and Ieper is a short drive away. Staff were helpful.
The hotel is situated very close to a busy motorway, which can disturb your sleep. There is airco, but sleeping with the window open is impossible. There are often weddings at the weekend, so it wasn’t possible to sit at the terrace and there aren’t any other possibilities. Restaurant is closed two days a week, so Kortrijk is the only option,

The noice from the motorway. I think the window noice insulation is not the best. Or maybe it was the fresh air inlet above the window that I couldn't close?
