This home was great for our large family. The home is very spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is great—a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood. Rocky and Gina were quick to respond to our questions. Note that the check-in code provided by Rocky and Gina (not Vrbo) is the correct code.

This home was a complete blessing to say the least. It was large enough for my group of 8 adults to stay for almost 2 weeks. The owner "Rocky" was responsive and helpful when any issues happened he was caring and understanding. That was very important to me having a home owner that really likes to show that he cares and understands the needs of his guests. When we are in the area again I will absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to those wanting to be near Notre Dame University an other events around the area. God bless.

Home was recently renovated with lots of updates. Property was very well maintained and had a cozy feel. Will definitely check it out again when in town.

The house was great for the group of us attending a concert. A couple of couples and some singles. The house accommodated all our needs. The only thing that needs some tending to is the shower head in the back bathroom. It leaked and pressure coming out was stinging on your skin because it has some buildup. Otherwise everything was great! Close to campus! Recommend for anyone visiting Notre Dame!

We loved staying at this property! It was clean and exactly as pictured online. We put all our kids in the bedroom with all the twin beds and the adults took the other side of the house. Rocky was very responsive via vrbo, email, and text messages. If we ever traveled to this area again we would definitely stay at this property.

The house was in a nice, quiet community. Very clean, plenty of room, very comfortable. Located in an area close to many stores & restaurants. I didn’t experience any problems, no need to contact the owners. Only negative comment is there was only 1 tv in such a big house that accommodates 10 people and the house had a stuffy odor smell not sure if due to the house being closed up or the small leak in the back room which the owners left a notes explaining that maintenance were waitIng for a part to come to fix it, really wasn’t a bother since I had less people staying, we just didn’t use the area, But overalI it’s was a nice place to stay at.

Everything was clean. The set up was nice. Everyone felt like the place was even nicer then it looked in the picture. Very pleased with everything. Talking about coming back again in the summer.

The layout for this house was great for our 10 guests. There was plenty of individual beds throughout the house as well as pull-out beds and couches. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Host was easy to get in touch with and communicate with.

Plenty of room to accommodate my family of 7. Inside was very clean and everything you needed (towels, sheets and some toiletries) was there. Lighting could be a little better, it was very dim, but all in all the house served it's purpose as we moved our son onto campus. :)

The house was extremely close to campus, which was quite desirable and nice. The one bedroom with all the twin beds was interesting, but also highly functional. The owner did a nice job making sure the property was clean as well. 10/10 would stay again.

I rented this house for my family of 5 for the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. The family room was so comfortable with a beautiful tv. Wifi was excellent! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals--coffee and filters were provided, which was great for that first morning! The bedrooms were clean and the linens were fresh. The bathrooms were clean and modern had all the toiletries provided, too. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved by the owner, who was extremely responsive. The house is very conveniently located near a grocery store and a main road that provides easy access to South Bend.

A group of 8 of us went to Notre Dame vs Clemson for a basketball game. House was very clean, had more than enough space and was very welcoming. The house has a great Big screen tv and all of the amenities. Also, the owner Rocky had coffee, breakfast rolls, a case of water and apples left for us on top of toothpastes, shampoos, ect. We would definitely look at staying here again!
