Excellent service, the apartment was cleaned and organized every day! Location is 15 minutes walk away from the center (Thira), totally recommend. Near the place are 2 quadricycle renting places, I recommend getting those, the cheapest and comfortable way for traveling in santorini.
It didn’t have balcony buy has great terrace.

El hotel está bien, relación calidad precio. La zona no es céntrica, pero es un "barrio" muy tranquilo, seguro y tienes la parada de autobús que te lleva a Fira a menos de 10 minutos caminando. En la misma zona de la parada de bus hay supermercado, cafeterías y restaurantes.
Tuve un percance con la habitación y me la cambiaron sin problema. El personal es extremadamente amable y muy dispuestos a ayudar. Un 10 para ellos. Hay una piscina pequeña que cumple la función, y tienen muchas zonas de terraza con tumbonas y sillas delante de cada habitación que por la noche vienen genial para estar un poco al fresco.
Las camas son demasiado duras.

Quiet area, but centrally located in the island and easy to get to Thera. I walked there in less than half an hour. Also easy to rent atvs or scooters and get around the island. The showers were good, the breakfasts were great, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

An excellent address. Our host Katerina was very attentive. A very affordable price for the quality of the hotel. Possibility to request transport services and information on visits to the island. The view is pleasant: village with white and blue houses, sea view. Small functional bedroom and bathroom as described on the site. We enjoyed the small balcony with sea view. The swimming pool is very small (there are two in the hotel) but pleasant for cooling off. The breakfast is very decent, we advise you to take it.
Avoid booking a quad with the rental company next to the hotel.

clean which is the main thing when picking an hotel, nice deco and fresh. staff are mainly helpfully and nothing is too much bother for them. location is good but I would recommend getting some form of transport as it only 20 mins in to Fira but it’s all up hill and in 30c heat it’s just too much to be doing daily.
The road to the hotel is so uneven and very difficult to pull your suit cases down and up, the taxi will only take you to top of the road as no where from them to turn around in the narrow street where hotel is, would be good if hotel invested in a golf buggy like some of the big hotels to make guests stay more pleasant.
Has for the taxis the are so expensive €25 from airport and €30 to the ferry port both trips less then 10mins these where booked by the hotel I am not sure if booking yourself would be better value.

Lovely hotel, situated about 5 minutes walk from Karterados. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Receptionist was a pleasure to deal with, she also served us breakfast. She was very informative and helpful. I loved the random little seating areas throughout the property.

Room was nice and the complex is in a quiet location near the center of Karterados.
Nice view on the street of old Karterados and on the sea.
The staff was helpful and nice.
For few euros also a good breakfast can be included.
Bus stop is about ten minutes by feet and from there is possible to reach almost all the destinations of the island.
Center of Fira is also just 20-25 minutes away.
In general good price/quality ratio.
The street to reach the Hotel is a little dark in the night, but still ok.

The hotel is very cozy, the hotel manager Katerina is very attentive. Do not trust the photos of the hotel, because in reality it is a much better hotel, very clean, beautiful and pleasant place. As for the location, it is quite close to the center of Santorini, and if you are going to Oia, the bus station is a 15-minute walk from hotel, the bus stop - much closer.
