The Hotel was clean. The room service was ok. The location is prime as it lies close to GST road. Accommodated my luggage a few hours before my actual check-in.

The Staff was not polite. Loud noises in the nights from neighboring rooms and Maintenance work noise in the day time. The room was supposed to accommodate 3 people but was tiny and there were not even enough chairs to meet visitors. Toiletries were either not given or of poor quality. Though I booked an airport shuttle on the very first day of my stay they denied it at the last moment. Thanks to Uber I got a taxi at the right time in the middle of new year's night.

Dusty room, used beds with hairs on it. Smelling room with no fresh air.

The room had all basic amenities, which was nice for a room that we booked for a night.

We asked for towels, but there weren't any dry ones due to rainy weather. I understand the weather conditions, but still it was not customer's problem. They have also closed the dinning service but allowed us to order food.

Manager was good

Hotel room toilet and room size. Lobby and location of the hotel not ideal. So is the transportation from location. No address card was provided by the hotel.
