Large and spacious apartment. It is one minute from the beach and restaurants in Nea Chora. It is furnished with everything you need for a long or short stay. The host answers all questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I recommend this place!

Great private sunbathing terrace, 2 minutes walk from the beach, and 15 minutes walk from the old town of Chania.

No toaster, and the shower was very old and needs modernising. A few of the kitchen cupboards could be removed to make more relaxing space in the evening.You need to prepare yourself for 4 flights of steps too, but keeps you fit!

Very good location. The property is a reasonable size and the patio is enormous. It was very clean (except for the cooker hood filter). The maid service was very good. The kitchen was of a good standard.

You have to climb 3 floors 59 steps so you have to be mobile. The kitchen equipment was very basic not even a pair of scissors. There is a very small table on the huge patio which you can only just fit two plates on. The cloths rail in the wardrobe is 2,5m high so it is useless. One of the Sun Loungers was ripped and dangerous to use - we complained to the managing agents Oreo Travel but they did nothing about it. The most significant issue was the bathroom, I am a normal sized man and it was almost impossible to use the toilet because the sink was so close. This would be a real problem if you are not a reasonably thin person. The Shower only had the shower head working and the cubicle had come away from the wall and it rocked about when used. It said there was a Toaster but it was a Sandwich Maker.

Perfect location, 200 m away from beach, taverna's and shops, comfortable beds, the apartment is equipped with the basic necessities, the host answered all our messages promptly.

We did not find something that bothered us very much. As a advice for the future, i am sure that all guests would appreciate more the accomodation if they will provide a bottle of water, a couple of pads of detergent for the washing machine and for the dishwasher.

The location with respect to the beach was about all that was good. There were restaurants in easy walking distance.

In the penthouse the fancy shower cubicle was only a shell for a hand held shower head and the cubicle itself was dirty. There was limited crockery and other self catering facilities and no wardrobe facilities for hanging clothes. Nothing in the bedroom to put any clothes on. The two apartments had better facilities than the penthouse but in the middle of the second week, water started falling from the ceiling of the 'duo' apartment from the 'tribulos' apartment and so one of the showers in the 'tribulos' was unavailable for the rest of the stay. The 'cleaning every day except sundays' didn't happen and I had to phone for service twice to get clean towels.
