From the front of house staff to the pool staff all very welcoming and so helpful. Our room was upgraded, which was an added bonus for us. Thank you. Highly recommend, excellent location. Will be returning

Every thing in the hotel was excellent,the best bit was the gym and indoor pool ,the sauna and jacuzzi also it location to the beach etc was about 300 m but the hotel is located just far enough from the bars etc so as not to disturb your sleep the prime energize also has a pool on the roof with sun loungers around and a bar that I expect is open in summer month's

la habitación el mando de la tele no funcionaba y la ducha el agua se salía al ducharte. Por otra parte bajamos a cenar y eran la 21:30 y un camarero alto y con gafas y camisa celeste nos atendió fatal nos dijo que la cocina cerraba a las 22:00 y no tomaron nota hasta 21:55 y el restaurante no estaba lleno. Además es la segunda vez que íbamos a ese restaurante la primera vez nos paso lo mismo y con el mismo camarero. Creo que no es la actitud si tu quieres recomendar el lugar, te hace pensar. El hotel en si bueno, solo el detalle del restaurante y por dos veces y meses diferentes..

Booked Spa this morning for 9.00 no staff, no massages available, jacuzzi out of order, cleaner was the only one who could let us in to the Spa after 15 mins wait. Roof terrace pool not open for early morning swim, hardly 'Energize' is it

The prime energize is a nice hotel with a good location and with a lovely pool on the roof. The room was big and really clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you need and tasted good! I think this is the best (and most modern) hotel in Monte Gordo.

The bath room was a bit outdated and really basic unlike the rest of the hotel. For a hotel like Prime Energize you expect more than this.

The sea facing room was super.

The restaurant was quite compact.

All the premises were really nice and clean, good amenities with rituals products. the weather was a bit chilly so we used the SPA a lot. The breakfast was also really nice with fresh orange juice wit the amazing local oranges. Very close do the beach.

The mattresses were not really to our liking, a bit too soft.

Everything very clean and comfortable. I was slightly disappointed breakfast was a buffet, I prefer waiter service.

Some information about meal times etc, would have been useful. I had to phone reception to ask what time dinner was served and not having a coffee machine some instructions how to use one would have been helpful.

No kettle in the room, coffee machine did not boil the water, so tea making was disaster, food in the restaurant served on wooden boards, can't beat China plates, pool area was always full, small pool,

There isn’t enough room around the buffet at breakfast & dinner and also the restaurant space is too small. You don’t need that artificial tree in the middle of the dining room as it makes difficult for people to access their table and the restaurant room is too small anyway for such a big artificial tree. You should put it outside in the terrace as a decoration. I didn’t like the fact that I had to book for my breakfast the night before. Also the buffet in the evening quickly runs out of food and one has to wait for the food. The nice dessert run out quickly and was replaced with some yogurt 😕 Finally the coffee is bad…. Can’t you have proper filter coffee and proper teapots!
