Great location

Arrogant staff, huge issues regarding the elevators (the lines to get in the elevator are absurd), really don’t think the price is adequate for what we get.

Amazing sea view, great terrace. Right in front of excellent beaches and close to the evening promenade.

Queues everywhere, 10 min wait for the elevator. Terrible kitchenware. It's an aparthotel but no toaster, no coffee machine...cmon, for 150e/night. Parking is a nightmare.

Location, view, comfortable beds. A studio on the 3rd floor.

When we book an apartment It SHOULD BE CLEAR which ones are renovated or not and which floor. The reception staff doesn’t help because we booked by Booking…. A kettle in the room would be a plus, a coffee machine too. The water pressure in the shower was too low.

Bed was very unconfortable, at first I did not understood that the all beds in the two rooms were in fact sofa beds! The matress was TOO firm (the matress is in the couch, which in fact is the only bed option in the room). The bed was very small for a regular person (either you get your head outside the bed or your feet...) It was a really noisy I could hear all the street noise I was over the 10 the floor. Peole were quite noisy. Staff people were not friendly, and foremost did not apply the rules of calling the attention to people (customers) who were not wearing mask inside the building and inside the elevator, I felt very unconfortable with that!

Location, location, location

I requested a baby bed which was immediately attended by email saying it was free of charge. No bed... When we got to the apartment the toilets flush wasn’t working, I promptly asked to be fixed and the response was only possible on the next day. Housekeeping is not available on sundays and on Saturday we left the apartment around 10:30 and by 15:00 the apartment wasn’t cleaned and because my kids needed an afternoon nap, it wasn’t cleaned anyway.
