Lit confortable, emplacement parfait pour notre lieu de concert au stade Johan (12min à pied) déjeuner varié (salé et sucré).

- de locatie zelf was dichtbij de metro. Ik denk dat dit het enige positieve was.
- kamers zijn niet proper. Rare plekken op het gordijn. Haren in op hoeslaken.
- personeel onvriendelijk. We hadden toestemming om op de parking te blijven tot 17:00, maar bij het uitrijden om 16:50 konden we niet meer buiten, en moesten we een supplement betalen. "Op het papiertje staat dat je maar tot 14:00 op de parking mag staan"
- badkamer was aan de zeer kleine kant, we hadden een kamer van 3 personen.
Prijs - Kwaliteit alles behalve goed. Je kunt "profiteren" van een concert van Taylor Swift om uw prijzen te verhogen, maar je kunt hierin ook overdrijven, wij hebben hier €410,00 betaald voor een kamer van 3 personen, na opzoeking is dit normaal €130,00 !
Bij het uitrijden van de parking stond er een "vrachtwagen" in de weg van een leverancier om uit te rijden. De vrachtwagenchauffeur van deze leverancier was nogal verbaal agressief naar ons in nabij zijn van hotel personeel, hier werd niets op gezegd.

Vieze badkamer,luidruchtig en rondom hotel veel herrie door bouw van nwe gebouwen erom heen ! Erg duur in verhouding ! Onveilige omgeving !

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur dreckig !!! Die Handtücher sind nicht richtig gewaschen und stinken.
Alle Handtücher hatten große braune Flecken.
Im ganzen Bad stinkt es nach Gras und man hört die Nachbarn.
Auf dem gesamten bett sind Riesen braune Flecken als wäre jemand drauf gestorben!!!!
Auf dem Stuhl waren noch Nägel von fremden Personen.

Douche complètement ouverte qui inonde la salle de bain, pas de taies pour les oreillers supplémentaires dans l'armoire, matelas tâché.

Parkeerplaatsen waren veel te klein. Dit was het eerste weekend met ons dochtertje van 7 maanden en we kregen een kamer op de 3de verdieping. Van zodra we hier op de gang arriveerden, rook de gang naar cannabis en ook de badkamer stonk naar de sigaretten geur.
Dit is vreemd in een rookvrij hotel, toch?
We kregen na heel veel verzet met tussenkomst van de politie toch een nieuwe kamer. Deze was wel netjes maar toch zijn we heel veel kostbare tijd verloren door dit incident. Een nachtje uit met onze dochter dat we zeker niet gaan vergeten.

Das Amsterdam Zentrum kann man via Metro in 20 Min. erreichen. Der Metro Bahnhof ist ca. 3 Minuten Fussweg vom Hotel entfernt (Also gleich um die Ecke). Die Zimmer entsprachen den Bilder und es war immer Rund um die Uhr (24h) Personal an der Rezeption. Das Einchecken war sehr schnell und einfach. Auch das Auschecken verlief reibungslos.
Die Dusche war grundsätzlich sauber, aber das Silikon zwischen den Fugen ist teilweise vergilbt oder bereits schwarz. Es benötigt also in den Duschen bald eine Renovierung des Silikons. Das Badezimmer ist aber sehr modern gehalten.

we knew amsterdam, thus we were aware that 9km distance with the direct metro (3min walk) connection is not much and is actually a safe area, which justifies the value for the money. 100€/night (with discounts) is a bargain, which is funny, since other capitals (Berlin, Brussels, Rome etc.) offer comparable properties for 30-50€/night.
Thin walls, makes the stay a bit loud, just like the constuction site next to the hotel, but it is not horrible.

Nothing, the only good thing was that there were rooms.
The person at the reception was really bad.
First he asked for my credit card. I thought it was to pay, because for some reason I cannot pay on booking here. Then he took it out my hands, and behind the counter... which should not happen in 2023... a card never leaves the owners hands.
Second he gave us a room which already had people in it... We were so embarassed. He then gave us a room.
The rooms have 0 ventilation, they are very humid.

absolute Desastet! dirty room, after the request to change I got another room that was dirty too. sheets on the bed… hairs on the towels and do on! the staff was just annoyed by me as I asked for another room! not helpful at all!

Value for money: In Amsterdam peripheria it is a quite cheap solution to stay. The beds are comfortable. It is a nice place to sleep and that's it
The Floor is poorly fitted, it is strange for such a new building: maintenance crew needs to fix this since ladies high heels can be trapped and it's a bit annoying too for bare feet. There's also minor humidity mould over the curtains: needs a repaint to remove those black fungus away - they're never good looking
The room had a strong tobacco smell even knowing this is a smoke free hotel. Needs urgent freshness to remove that smell away: This is a problem caused by previous visitors but no one needs to smell other's additions.
Insonorization is not well made: We heard the neighbours intimacy - luckily for them they were unknown to us...

it was close to the metro. easy to move.
The room was not good cleaned. The bed sheet smells bad. And for me the biggest issues was the bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was horrible.

It was a good stay overall. We just went there to sleep for some hours so not much I can say about it.
Clean towerls were not provided initially but they changed it so all good :)
