The building is very nice, history to it and staff were very helpful. Food was also quite good
Room in my opinion was too expensive for what it is. When the hotel first opened it was resonable but it has now more than doubled in price. Drinks were extremely overpriced in my opinion. £7 for a pint and £12 for a cocktail is very hard to justify.

The heritage building is beautifully restored. It’s worth going to see.
The beds were way too soft, not up to the standard of a local hotel chain.
10.0
The history of the building is amazing, well preserved and presented. Rooms are large and really comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.
Wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely will next time.

The hotel is stunning! Clever design ideas between old and new incorporating some very clever and quirky ideas. Loved it. It is (obviously) located in the harbour area which is a 25 min walk into the City Centre. The staff were helpful, friendly and of great asset to the Hotel.
Cleanliness. The room itself was very clean, however the air vents and the air condition/heating unit was filthy! Covered in black dust!
Breakfast was a disappointment. Maybe because we were spoilt by Titanic’s sister hotel in Lough Eske but it really did not meet expectations.

It was a great location. The history of the building was very interesting too. The staff was very helpful with suggesting places to eat and see during our short time in Belfast.
It was a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the hotel.

EVERYTHING.The building. the location. The staff. This was our second stay at the titanic hotel. Beautiful building that used to be the Harland and Wolff headquarters. If you love Titanic a visit here is essential. Steeped in history. You can go into Thomas Andrews office. Visit the radio room where they received the CQD message from titanic. The hotel itself is beautiful. The food is outstanding as is the service. Nothing is too much trouble and any help you need is given freely . The views from the windows couldn't be better. Our room had the harland and wolff cranes. Samson and goliath. The front of the building is directly opposite the Titanic museum with the slip ways to the right. Love Titanic then visit here. You will have a fantastic time.

A very warm welcome and introduction to the City. Relaxing stay, with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We loved the history and artefacts around the hotel.
Very grateful for how the Reception staff were so invested in making our departure as smooth as possible after having our flight cancelled by the airline.
Enjoyed our time in the drawing room restaurant and bar, but we thought maybe the service was a little relaxed at times.
Some of the restaurant staff could have been a little more attentive. This was just a small thing and didn’t spoil the over all experience.

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Lift was broken on ground floor so we had to walk up stairs to first floor and then get the lift to 3rd floor. The service in the bar was so slow we gave up and went onto bed.

Enjoyed the hotel's Titanic decor. The room was large and quiet and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The history of the building with a lot of original features and information plaques around each room.
Buffet breakfast was nice until kids were up without their parents and coughing into the hot plates. Stray hair in scrambled eggs ruined it.

Beautifully restored historic building.
Lots of Titanic themed memorabilia and photos .
Lovely room with a view of the Iconic Titanic Museum
Property was fabulous but bar staff/service could be improved

Great location, staff were friendly and very comfortable bed. Bright spacious rooms
Only thing the corridors to room were maybe a little dark not sure if that was part of the aesthetic or give the rooms more impact

Location is amazing as we had a concert in the odessy. The hotel is done to a high standard and if you love the titanic this is the hotel for you! The beds were like clouds and the room was immaculate. All the finishing touches are well done for any titanic enthusiast.
The curtains in the room I couldntbget closed next time I would ask reception to send someone to close them. I was up at the crack of dawn with the light coming through but seeing the yellow of h&w you can't really complain

Comfortable hotel. Would recommend. Dinner in the restaurant exceeded expectations.
Didn't have a bath as requested but the complimentary gin and tonic helped ease the disappointment. Car park was a fair hike from the hotel.

Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die persönliche Begleitung an den Frühstückstisch hat etwas besonderes.

Check in Staff was excellent / and the concierge /porter when we were leaving early the next morning for the airport.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and anyone who enjoys the history of the titanic is in for a treat.
main bar area was lively and the cocktails were delicious.
Maybe it was just our room - but with its very high ceiling it was a little cold and very little natural daylight so was quite dark.

Location-directly adjacent to the exhibition and easy walk to Titanic Quarter shops. Bed very comfortable, lovely breakfast. Building is stunning and full of interesting items. Also has a Hop On Hop Off bus stop right ouside.
Bedroom was spacious and lovely however (understandably) due to building design only had a very small window that looked through other parts of the building and the carpark opposite. A lot of people wouldn't be bothered, but may be worth checking beforehand.

Beautiful place, fantastic location right next to titanic museum, 5 min taxi to city centre, bus stop outside hotel that also travels to city centre, also 5 mins to Belfast city airport! Beautiful history amongst the hotel, I highly recommend!
Only issue was lift to room was faulty so had to walk to top floor a few times to get to room. Issues can’t be helped, but only one I can think of!

This hotel is amazing, it is essentially a museum its self and full of history. Despite arrival very late, my son and I received a wonderful welcome from the night manager. The rooms are comfy and staff lovely, our room faced into the museum which was lit up at night, stunning! The Wolf Grill is quite formal so we ate in the bar area which is stunning and the food is lovely. The food and drinks are quite expensive but it is next door to the titanic museum and hotel is premium. You can walk comfortably to the city centre and there are shops close by too. My son left his headphones in our room and the staff found them and they arrived to us the morning after we were home! Thank you so much Titanic Hotel, we will be back!

Love staying here, one of our favourites in Belfast
Excellent stay again, breakfast was very slow on this occasion (it was Christmas morning so expected it to be a little slower with staff off, but we had to chase down food and drinks a few times)
