In-room features a bit sparing: beds were high and difficult to access; no minibar or fridge; sparse in toiletries e.g towel size, flannel and shower caps; cleaning lacked attention to detail with cleaning

Zimmer war gut und auch sauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann viel in der Umgebung unternehmen.

Das Personal ist sein Geld nicht wert ...vor allem an der Rezeption...

Nous avons fortement apprécié l'emplacement au centre de la ville qui permet de rayonner pour visiter, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.

Cependant, les rideaux étaient sales, ainsi que certains coins de la chambre et de la salle de bain (amas de poussière). De plus, la chambre donnait sur un roof top de la rue d'en face, très très bruyant jusqu'à au moins une heure du matin ...

Location was great

Unhelpful receptionist, wouldn't check us in even though only 10 mins early.... When she did check us in she didn't really talk to us or tell us any information about the hotel.

Great location. Fab staff, very helpful and friendly.

Too many emails pushing online check-in. Parking nearby but still expensive. Cleaning staff asked us what time we were leaving at before checkout time...felt they were pushing us out.

Unable to charge drinks to room - policy is that drinks must be paid for. Inconvenient. Massively understaffed in restaurant - though the staff who were present were courteous and apologetic about the delays

Breakfast was standard. The reception staff when we arrived on Saturday morning 11th November were exceptionally helpful.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. And poached eggs at breakfast were clod and unsuitable.

Breakfast poor, ran out of bacon one morning before 10am and very poor stocking of the hot trays, empty at 10am and full at 10:30, after breakfast had finished. Disappointed with this

Very centrally located

Executive family room was surprisingly small . There was 3 of us travelling , 2 adults and 15 yr old . If there was a fourth person which the room could sleep, it would be uncomfortable to move around. Thought executive room would be larger. Table and 2 chairs squashed into the corner , no room to sit at it .

Great breakfast with a superb choice. The location of the hotel was great, pretty central for getting around.

The room was very basic. No toiletries included except soap. Needed a shower cap but too far to go to reception. The room was scruffy with scuff marks on the wall, there was also a few places were the plaster was knocked out of the walls. I found someone eyelashes in the bathroom, obviously not cleaned very well.

Acho que falta informação a respeito do estacionamento para que o hospede decida se quer usar o estacionamento conveniado ou não. De qualquer forma, o local era seguro e muito próximo ao hotel com a possibilidade de levar as chaves. Com o desconto fornecido você paga 12 libras por noite.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Excellent service. The location- so close to the City Hall and the centre, plus just across the road from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plug sockets near a mirror!! (Very rare, even in the poshest of hotels!) Delighted to have our own iron and ironing board too. Would most definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Shower control in bathroom a bit tricky, sprayed us with cold water. 11 AM checkout unexpected - it’s usually 12 noon.
