Everything was awesome Cozy environment,comfy beds, very kind staff there was an enormous size of room!

The room was very spacious and minimal decorated, with its own private veranda overlooking the sea. It is fully renovated, super clean! We also had a few delicious snacks, water bottle and coffee tablets in the kitchenette. The host was very kind to extend our stay a few hours after check out time, since they did not expect any other guests on that day.

Nice hosts, very clean, quiet location(except sometimes in the morning) nicely furnished, If I would come back in Spetses probably I will stay in the same location

In the morning there is a road very close by on which tractors or somethings like so are driving on, waking you up at 7:30 sometimes, or until you get used to

Room needs soundproofing. When the guests above me flushed or took a shower it felt as if I were in the middle of a freaking deluge! Faulty door. Had to turn the key twice to have it safely locked (wasn’t told, found out myself) No breakfast. There’s a nespresso machine + I found some individual butter and jam portions in the fridge (don’t know if that was courtesy of the host or of previous guests) but no knife or other basic cutlery (be it plastic disposable)

Really comfortable rooms with nice king size bed.

Good things about the apartment is advertised. However couple of things were disappointing, making the holidays less enjoyable. Broken kitchen cupboard door (fixing is max 2 minutes, 2 screws needed), filthy and completely unequipped kitchen (I have boiled water for the morning coffee in a frying pan!!!), all three water taps were full of limescale and water was going everywhere but where you planned and the freezing part of the fridge did not have the door so everything stored ín fridge became frozen. All these things you would think is easy to fix but host has not made any effort. No sunshades and sun is all day long. No net against mosquitoes on the Doors and windows. Very loud neighbourhood!!! Clearly this apartment does cost more than it should be.
