Best hotel in Rome.

The only thing is that there really should be one free bottle of water per day. I’ve never seen a 5 star not have this.

We went to the pool area on the sunday morning after the spa and were told to leave for no reason. On our return back to the hotel that evening our room cards were not working so returned to reception for new ones. Im not sure why this happened but I don't pay £700 a night for the treatment shown to us. Was disappointed with the comunication from reception and the towel girl at the pool. It felt embarrasing

A/C was out of order. Room was very hot. Staff were informed many times and over 3 days about the problem and they promised to solve, however, problem continued to happen and was not solved until I insisted on moving into another room. Food from room service was not of good quality and thus prices were not reasonable. This is a five-star hotel, however, overall experience was not matching a five-star hotel.

Swimming pool and Spa

Staff thought they were more important than the customer. Our room had dust on the table that wasn't removed in all the time we stayed and a few things didn't work properly in our room.

Super gym, big and fully equiped, nice inside heated swimming pool. Nice outside swimming pool. Only children not allowed to jump into the water. Hotel is on the edge of the center but with Uber you are within 10 minutes where you want to be. Next to Villa Borghese and the Zoo Parc. Friendly staff.

Room is not very big. But we only slept there and where mainly outside using the pool or went into the center.

Pool and all SPA is very good. Breakfast also very good with many choices. Personal very kindly. Room a bit small, but good. Excellent location.

The electronic key for the rooms door was regularly out of function, therefore we vent back to reception many times.
