Great stay , great hôtel

Location was amazing.

The breakfast didn’t have any variety. Unfortunately the only thing my daughter could eat was the croissants which didn’t always seem fresh.

I loved the location, which was very close to the beach and centrally located. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The room was small, and it seemed kind of damp.

People were great as was location

Room was a little tired and a little small for an Executive room in my opinion

The staff were so helpful and the additional extras, eg, really lovely toiletries, water, fruit and leaving gifts made it even more special! The rooms were very clean and regular changes of towels and bedding

Location was excellent.

The property is in terrible shape. There were no chairs to sit in for people in the lobby of building. Also, security personnel were not friendly and not at all interested in customer service. Walkways are not lit. Gum stains everywhere on paths. Garbage spilling out of trash cans.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was a 10 second walk to the beach and close by to Carmel Market and so many great cafes. The rooftop was a great place to see the beautiful Tel Aviv sunsets.

The only issue is that the AC didn’t get very cold but the weather was really cool at night so it wasn’t a problem.

The best part of this place is the woman (Natalie) who works at the front desk. She is very helpful and kind. I hope she reads this and knows how much we appreciated her. If management reads this, please give her a raise. She deserves it.

It is very small. Shower leaked and bathroom floor was wet.

The afternoon clerk was amazingly kind and accommodating, even offering me a room to shower after I was checked out. The happy hour was great. The rooms were very comfortable. It is only two blocks from the beach, and not far at all from restaurants.

Great location by the beach. Walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Hotel in serious need of update. Water dripping from ceiling in room. Balcony door is not able to close or lock (door is skew in frame). Room not made up by 4pm. Bin not emptied once during stay.

- Strict policy of check-in/check-out time - Bathroom is tiny, big hassle to get in the shower tub - Noisy rooms - A smile at the staffs face at the breackfast woukd be appreciate

Location amazing. Short walking distance to the beach, Carmel market, city center, many neighborhoods. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

wish they have a gym. it’s a bit loud in the morning with the door banging. cleaning staff could be more professional.

The front desk staff were very good, helpful, friendly and professional. Nathalie was incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming …and provided excellent solutions to any queries. I’d give her 10*. 😀 The daily complimentary supplies of wine, coffee and snacks on the terrace were great.

The tea / coffee facilities in my room were not replenished daily …and I had to ask for these. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days despite my being out from 6.30am to 6pm - and a ‘Please Clean my Room’ sign on the door all day.

the Savoy Seaside Hotel does the most delicious and varied breakfast of anywhere in the world! And all day there are refreshments and tasty pastries available.

Rooms are small. But manageable.

Highly recommended!

Room specifically booked for a sea view aspect. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of items. Provided a glass of champagne for my birthday which was appreciated. Although all staff were friendly, Natalie went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

The afternoon snacks did not seem consistent.

I paid the hotel bill upfront. The hotel insisted on holding a further 500 shekels on my card. I have been discharged for more than 24 hours and they are still holding this money. This is a disgraceful practice. The breakfast staff made me feel like I was interrupting their day. They did not appear to be happy or go out their way to make sure customers were being served. They just did the minimum… the bathroom towels were tiny and of poor quality.
