The whole villa is wonderful! An original Tuscan villa with traditional decoration! The staff and owner are wonderful and helpful! The rooms are so romantic and the swimming pool and garden are the cherry on top!

Loved staying at the Villa Rosa. So comfortable and relaxing. The staff was so welcoming and gave us great recommendations and made reservations for us. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

What a great place, a little gem. We had the room with the private terrace which was really nice. The whole place is beautiful, the swimming pool, breakfast, all pleasant and wonderful. We really felt like "home". The staff is super friendly and is helping you where ever they can in such a pleasant way. Booked for us a nice restaurant, informed us on wine tasting locations in the neighborhood and nice places. We would love to come back.

We wanted a rustic feel and we got just that! A beautiful home and each room has an en-suite and different decor. The pool, the property was all perfect for our entire family group!

The location is just fantastic, surrounded by woods and vineyards that makes the full Tuscany experience. The room is very comfortable and clean, the terrace is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, they put attention to details and the environment (for example using soap dispenser instead of sinlge use plastic bags).

Considering the price I would have liked a fancier and renovated bathroom.

everything was perfect. the atmosphere is very authentic and relaxing everyone was super helpful and booked us in different restaurants around so we had the best food. the place is just serene in the middle of rolling hills.

A beautiful Villa in an even more beautiful spot in Chianti region. The breakfast was great, the pool of course as well, and the host even rushed through heavy rain to supply us with an umbrella when we were stuck up in the yard ;)

The Villa is really amazing and cozy, nicely furnished in the traditional tuscan style, with a beautiful garden, pool and relaxing area. Very delicious breakfast and very friendly owners. Great experience!

The description of the facilities on Booking doesn’t match the reality. The room was beautiful but basic (no minibar to cool some water, no place to hang things in the shower, no balcony and no TV). The on-site restaurant doesn’t exist, I had sent a message and had booked dinner only for them to cancel 1 day later-2 weeks before arrival- because the chef was…unavailable. They proposed a plate of cheese and salami instead and I accepted. What I was presented with was ok but certainly not worth €20. Although I was underwhelmed by all the above, I took it all with a smile and decided not to ruin my short holidays. When late in the evening the owner “realized” that the TV she tried to install in my room wouldn’t work because she hadn’t paid a license, I got frustrated. Not for the TV but for being played. She blamed Booking for the wrong description and she blamed me for not canceling earlier. It was embarrassing to watch. I just said “well, now it is too late, I cannot change hotels. Only write a negative review” . That triggered a tantrum in her, she said “who do you think you are, God? How dare you threaten me with a malicious review?”. Unfortunately the owner cannot take polite criticism nor understand that I am a paying costumer, not her guest and want to make an informed choice when booking. It was very embarrassing to see someone so convinced in their micro-world that they offer you the best and you have to be grateful! They don’t understand that people are informed travelers and can decide on their own what suits them and what not. She wanted me to leave and so I did early the morning after. Why do I write all these details? I am sure she will make a comment (indignated or sarcastic)when she reads my review (see all previous negative reviews ). So dear readers, brace yourselves if you decide to go there and dare say anything but praise!

Everything was fantastic and I’ve never felt more welcome in any hotel environment. The location was beautiful, the manager and owners were very friendly and their dog made it that much better. Everything about this villa was perfect and I will definitely return one day soon. Not to mention Sylvia makes a very good coffee and breakfast!

It looked nothing like the pictures, such a nice house in a nice setting. The hostess was very welcoming and spoke English very well. The pool was lovely. Breakfast and drinks at the pool were nice. Also a spacious parking is available.

Bit far from Panzano, but the environment is quiet and peaceful.

The place was AMAZING, very quiet, very pretty, confortable and clean. Neri was soo nice!! They have a very cute dog, Philippa 😍. We enjoyed soo much our stay and will definitely recommend it and will come back again.

Great location in the middle of the Chianti Region. Nice and quiet pool with great views over the hills covered with wine fields. Biggest plus was the very kind and caring staff! Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The location and view is amazing. An old antique private house, very well furnished. The receptionist does everything to make sure you enjoy your staying the best! You could order fresh breakfast as well for extract

This is a very special place. Neri and Gemma are wonderfully hospitable and personable and it really just feels like staying in their home (which, in fact, you are). Lovely pool area. Feels very romantic, I would highly recommended it for couples. We walked to the nearby osteria for dinner, which was perfect, I would just recommend bringing a headlamp or torch for the walk home. Excellent experience and value. I will definitely return! Grazie!!

Beautiful Villa in the middle of Chainti, wonderful views, peace and quiet- if you need to rest surrounded by lovely nature- this is a very good address. The owners of Villa are hospital, polite and really take care about their guests.
