weather was unseasonably cold but no heating no where to dry wet clothes when arriving in rain other guests who slammed their doors shut even during anti social hours

Staff were helpful and professional at all times. Customer support was excellent.

Our bed was a twin single bed put together, so there was a gap in the middle of the bed. The duvet was zipped together. There was no lobby with couches or sofas to spend time except for the bedroom, which is small. They served no alcoholic drinks, and there were no mini fridge to store ones own drinks. The size of the room was a bit small for the price.

Proximity to the airport was very convenient

Breakfast was basic but ok, the staff were friendly and the standard of cleaning was good.

The food available on the menu was poor and the meal I had the first eve was awful so i was totally put off trying anything else. Felt the hotel in general felt tired and would benifit from being updated.

Location to airport

No housekeeping. Only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between 2 of us. Breakfast always the same and boring
