Breakfast was very nice

A fantastic location just a few minutes from the sea front. The hotel is clean and comfortable and it has a good carpark. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at lindum lodge.Russell and family are so welcoming kind and very friendly and helpful .the room was very nice the hotel is spotless and the cooked breakfast was amazing. .would recommend it to anyone to stay x

Lovely clean room. Recently decorated.

Staff were rude and lacked people skills. Carpark was too small and 2 cars got scraped on the wall whilst trying to get into the allocated spaces.

Great host we booked last Minute so had small room but was clean and comfortable and well decorated. Host was friendly and breakfast was filling and tasty 😀

If I had to say anything in this section would be public lounge and bar areas need updating to make more inviting but still fine to go sit in. Parking very tight but nothing they can do about that

Russell was very welcoming and very helpful. Lovely family run guest house nothing is too much always there to help out. Lovely breakfast 😋. Thank you for a really pleasant stay.

The only thing was it was quite loud at night with the main road outside otherwise can't fault it.

The warm greeting on arrival from the owner Russel and his family including a the tour of the property, these small touches always go a long way to making people feel welcome. The rooms were of a good size, clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast came with good portions and was tasty. The bar at the property has a cozy, pub like feel and is a good place to end the day with a drink. The location of the property, while up a hill is less than 10 minutes from the seafront.

Nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations.

A warm and friendly welcome, then shown round the facilities and given some useful info. My preferred breakfast of bacon and tomatoes was perfectly cooked and the best bacon I’ve had for a long time, the full English was definitely a big breakfast. Very good service. Loved that there was a comfortable lounge to use to relax and also enjoy a drink from the bar.

I do prefer a self serve for juice, fruit, cereals etc before ordering the cooked breakfast. However, this is just personal preference.

The breakfast was lovely. Room was bright and clean. Shower was great. Location very convenient for the town and the harbour. Very friendly host.

Everything, the location was great, Rasul was really friendly and made us feel at ease straight away and gave us advice on where to go around the town. The room was lovely and spacious too, we had a great time and definitely will come back.

There wasn't really anything negative to say

Nice comfy rooms, free parking although the spaces are very tight, you need parking sensors for definate , it's a family business and they all help though we only met them on arrival and departure but they will do their best for you at all times.. The rooms were spotless and modern, and very secure with a key card for the door and a pin for the outside door.

The location is in a run down and unkept area. There are a lot of homeless behind the hotel in the streets. This is obviously out of the hotels control we just wished we hadn't experienced it as it as given us a different opinion on Torquay. But the location is only 5 min walk to town & harbour

Clean and spotless, facilities in room just what we needed, regularly cleaned, breakfast great and just enough, friendly staff and owner, covid secure too. Parking adequate but a little tight for room however this is commonplace for the area and most of the other hotels around. Will recommend to all my family and friends as a great base for touring around this beautiful part of the country, a lovely experience all round.

Can't think of anything I didn't like!

Very friendly owner who went out of his way to help you to park in a very tricky parking area. All the staff were also very friendly and the cooked breakfast was excellent.

Not in the best location in Torquay which was very hilly and and the area was a bit worn down.

Russell greeted us on arrival, and helped us park our car safely. He gave us a tour of the b&b and explained everything clearly. Our room was fantastic, good WiFi and even better we had Netflix on our TV! Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and good quality food! We even watched the football in the lounge and had drinks from the on site bar! 10/10 would recommend to others. Thank you Russel and family for our stay here.
