Shocking not 24 hours like bio suggests, booked room and paid no staff there, nobody picked up the phone and nobody there late on to check us in. Useless

Staff were friendly and helpful. The nook we stayed in was spotless and had everything's you need. The food was incredibly delicious! We ate in the bar and had the tipi menu. We had shrimp arancini, scallops to start which were very well cooked and seasoned so well. The Hake risotto main was the best thing we've eaten in a while. Breakfast is usually always a bit disappointing at hotels. This was the best we've ever had, even at 5 star places. The produce was clearly high quality and cooked perfectly. Loved our stay and will be back

Very friendly and welcoming start. Superb food in the restaurant with excellent service and lovely surroundings. The room was warm, very comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need. The overall standard of Tuddenham Mill was incredible and would be hard to improve.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Tuddenham Mill.

Great restaurant just needs a few more plain ordinary English dishes. no other complaints.

Choice of food. The kitchen however did accommodate us with something different that was most welcome.

the emergency light flashing at 4am lighting up the whole room and no response from night team.

Could do with some trays or similar in the shower......nowhere to put the soap! Otherwise spacious and comfortable.
