The staff were accommodating and the lobby was clean. The Pool area was nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet my expectations, nor it did meet the usual standards. I have found a trash bin full in my room as soon as i checked in. Also, the hotel rooms beds and overall condition are old and broken for some. My bathroom ceiling was leaking as well. And for the restaurant, there are flies everywhere near the food and literally on the bread.

Hope for you the best and keep improving.

حجز الغرفه كان اطلالة على المسبح لكن تم اعطائي غرفة 2326 المسبح محجوب بالاشجار دخلت الساعة 2 ظهرا وقال لي الرسيبشن بأن الغرف كلها محجوزة تم عمل شواء اسفل الغرفة ولم استطع الخروج للبلكونة بسبب الدخان كان يوجد زواج استمرت الاغاني للساعة 1 او 2 صباحا الأرضية غير مفروشة لاتوجد سجادة للصلاه الاثاث قديم

مياه الصمبور ضعيف جدا

و ازعاج في الممرات

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and was a delight!!!! They did their "Extra - Mile " to make my stay comfortable and safety as I was a solo traveller... the cleanliness was superb!!!! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who travels !!! I'd say Exceptional for one - day traveller !!!! Thank you, Al Mafraq!!! Was a very pleasant experience;)

The location, it's out in the middle of nowhere The hotel is really old and dated along with the facilities The bathroom had shower curtains The price for the stay was high given it's an old hotel that is far out.

لم اكمل في الفندق اكثر من ساعتين. لم يكن مناسب نهائيا ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم. اول مرة في حياتي ومن كثر سفريات للداخل أو الخارج اسكن في فندق بهذا السوء

Jedina stvar koja je dobra u hotelu je bazen, koji se nalazi ispred.

ATTENTION Rezervisao sam sobu za tri osobe i PLATIO sobu za tri osobe, a kad smo dosli dobili smo sobu za 2 osobe, jednu flasicu vode, peškire nismo uopšte imali u sobi. Otišao sam na recepciju da im kažem da smo platili sobu za tri osobe, a da je soba koju su nam dali ustvari soba za dve osobe, kao i da u sobi nedostaju peskiri… Recepcioner mi je rekao da oni nemaju sobe za tri osobe, ali da će neko da nam donese treci krevet. Treci krevet smo čekali sat vremena i to iskustvo nikome ne bih pozeleo. Dušek je bio star i a posteljina koju su nam doneli je bila krvava i prljava. 5 puta sam morao da idem na recepciju da tražim novu posteljinu i sve je trajalo nekoliko sati, a taj hotel smo uzeli kako bi se odmorili izmedju dva leta i zahvaljujući tome sto se desilo, upropasten nam je odmor koji smo planirali da provedemo u tom hotelu. Druga stvar koja nam se desila jeste da je neko od radnika hotela ušao na našu Booking rezervaciju i uzeo sve moje podatke i poslao mi poruku na whatsapp. Tražili su da in pošaljem detalje moje bankovne kartice. Pristup mojoj rezervaciji ima samo hotel i Booking.com Za takve stvari neko treba da ide u zatvor, a niti sam od Booking.com dobio izvinjenje, niti iz hotela. Uredno su mi naplatili dvokrevetnu sobu, kao da je trokrevetna. Klasična prevara!!! I booked a room for three people and PAID for a room for three people, and when we arrived we got a room for 2 people, one bottle of water, there were no towels in the room at all. I went to the reception to tell them that we paid for a room for three people, and that the room they gave us was actually a room for two people, and that there were no towels in the room... The receptionist told me that they don't have rooms for three people, but that someone will bring us a third bed. We waited an hour for the third bed, and I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. The mattress was old and the sheets they brought us were bloody and dirty.

I have arrived early like about 11 am, and I have paid 100 AED for earlier check in for one of the rooms. The receptionist checked the room in about 20 minutes and gave the key for one room. He had PROMISED to make the second one ready in two hours. I have waited at the lobby till 1:30 pm , after that I went to the same receptionist and he delayed to wait longer as he was upgrading the room. The manager by that time, came to me and she told that the room would be ready in 10 minutes. It was supposed to be at 2:00 pm maximum. So, I went to the reception again at 2:20 pm, and the second manager “Yousef” was there for easing the check in as well. He gave a choice for a studio which is located in another building. I couldn’t accept that as my family in this building and I would like to be with them. So, they gave a room in the 3rd floor far away of everything with a view of some trees that blocked the real view. After complaining, they have transferred me to the 1st floor to satisfy me at around 4:00 pm. I couldn’t feel that as I have been struggling all the afternoon with them and their process. :(

I called the reception many times they literally never pick up the phone not even once also when I needed help with my luggage I had to carry them until they saw me at the lobby they had to act that they wanted to help and carry my bags. There was two guys at the reception so there are no excuses for them which mean they were ignoring the residents calls. Bad experience never again in this hotel.
