Very clear communication from the property manager. House is beautiful and clean. Very close to Main Street, we were able to easily walk to the downtown area.

The property is very comfortable for older families and is a great location.

Pros: nice layout with many bedrooms and bathrooms, beds are comfortable, fun hot tub, two washer/dryer units, short walk to town lift and downtown area. Great layout for large groups. Cons: the property is not well-equipped with a number of basic supplies, for example scissors, and the driveway is short and very narrow. I arrived on Wednesday and the check in/check out directions said I was expected to haul the three or four large, full garbage cans (from the previous guests) up the steps to the street for Thursday morning pick up, when the cleaning crew, who had been there earlier, could have done this. I was unable to get sound to work on the TV in the living room. Overall, this property met my needs but was somewhat disappointing.

We stayed with our extended family and truly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautifully appointed, and within a quick and easy walk to the town lift. Easy walking access to skiing as well as to the center of town. The large home accommodated my three children, their significant others, and a grandchild easily-and is configured in such a way that all of us had a feeling of privacy. The private hot tub was great!The property managers were very attentive and promptly addressed the few minor issues we experienced. I highly recommend this property-the pictures online accurately depict the home.

We had a great time staying at this house for a Mardi Gras getaway from New Orleans (Feb. 10-15). The house was perfect for our group of ages 18-74. It's huge and absolutely beautiful! John was a great help, especially when this southern crew didn't understand about radiant heat from the floors. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but he got someone out there the next day to fix it. The driveway was a little tight, but that was also due to the large amount of snow piled up. Thankful we only had one SUV. My only mild disappoint was the cleanliness of the floors. (I am neurotic about floors being clean.) I tried to use the vacuum that was downstairs, but it seems to be struggling a little itself. It was just a few crumbs/pieces of hair here and there, not anything major. I would definitely highly recommend this house to someone staying in Park City.

We had an awesome stay at this property! Plenty of space for 7 of us. The house was clean and nicely updated. No issues whatsoever. A short walk down Norfolk to the town lift and same with skiing home. High West distillery just a couple blocks away and Main St very close. Easy check-in, check-out. Would definitely return.

We loved this house and would definitely rent it again. There were 5 of us couples and everyone said nothing but wonderful things. The location was perfect for both skiing and going to Main Street. The location was so central and such a lovely walk back to the house. The hot tub was perfect and very big. We had a chef come cook for us and the house was stocked with plenty of dinnerware. The only thing that would have been better was if there was another parking spot for the house. With the snow, it was hard to find a spot to park one of our two suburbans, but we managed to find one. All in all, we would rather have a ton of snow than not!

Although we enjoyed the property whilst we were there, a number of things need to be rectified for future visitors. 1. On our first morning when trying to make breakfast the electric breaker tripped and the electricity went off in all of the breakfast area.(This happened several times on our visit).You need to notify customers where the breaker switches are located as we spent valuable time searching for this. 2. The amount of glasses that are supplied is very inadequate.One glass had a crack in it, all different sizes, shapes etc. need to be uniform. 3. Cups and plates cracked/chipped which is a health hazard 4. Hot tub, pretty disgraceful water, dirty and after two days use could not use anymore as children were itching, health hazard. 5. Could not get the washing machine to work on the main floor. 6. Need an information book for guests on the property 7. Have visited many places throughout the ski world over the Christmas/New Year period and have ALWAYS had a Christmas tree and decorations, rather disappointing that this property did not, particulary as you pay more for this time of year.

The house was great for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even had sharp knives! The Thermador appliances are a nice plus. The location is terrific. The house is definitely older than it appears in the pictures and overall we thought it a bit shabby. The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. We debated 4 versus 5 stars as our expectations were much higher based on the pictures but decided it was fairly priced for what you get and gave 5 stars based on value for the money.

This is a beautiful and well cared for home. It is in walking distance of Main Street. We were 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy and healthy.

The house is perfectly located. We easily walked to all of the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The house is spacious with lots of room for sleeping and relaxing. The furniture is well placed for relaxing with family and friends. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. The owner and management company were very responsive and accommodating. Great stay and would look for this house on future visits to Park City.

This house was perfect for us because we had kids and also teens. It was great because it was walkable to old town. It was also well designed and appointed for all. The AC was the only issue and the house was a bit warm throughout the stay but other than that it was perfect. I think that was more just related to the weather.

Our multigenerational family stayed in this house during the summer. It has everything you would need and enough space to spread out. Very convenient to downtown. Only issue was owner coming unannounced and insisting she come in the house to show friends when baby was sleeping. The property manager was responsive and indicated that it was not appropriate and shared feedback with owner.

We stayed at Michelle’s house with older parents and babies and a toddler. It was very comfortable and an easy walk down into town. During ski season this would be an incredible place to stay as you can easily walk to the town lift. The house was very clean and nice and check in was easy. The hot tub was great and the house was fully loaded with kitchen supplies and towels. There is a steep hill to get back up from town if that is an issue for anyone that needs to walk. Also parking was little tight in the driveway (would be tough to open doors with a bigger car) and there is only one street spot (where you can park a bigger car) so you cannot have more than two cars. We used baby quip to rent equipment for 3 days as the house did not provide a pack n play etc which added another $300 to the stay. Overall it was just as described and was great.

We booked the property for our daughter’s destination wedding. It was an excellent location and layout. It was the central point for friends and family as they arrived. Great for skiers and non skiers. Close to free shuttle, town and town lift. No need for a car depending on circumstances of trip. Extremely well appointed in every way. We experienced a couple of issues, mostly attributable to the harsh weather. The property manager was easy to contact and attempted to solve the issues.
