Hotel location is fantastic for walking to everything, including sights, restaurants, shopping. Hotel's rooftop terrace with bar and snacks is also excellent.

Bed was a little on the soft side - but that may be a personal preference. Reception Desk staff in general rather impersonal even though we were there twelve days!

The hotel and our room were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

It was extremely noisy at night! The streets were busy with late nighters and you could hear everything from the room. Upon arrival I saw that the hotel had provided some ear plugs which I found odd but immediately suspected that we would experience a noisy night so I wore the ear buds when I went to bed. Unfortunately it did not prevent me from having a terrible night. This hotel should invest in double glazed windows.

there were 3 couples in our party, I have stayed at the hotel previously on this occasion our room was on a lower standard to the other parties even although we all paid similar amounts. one of our party was given a suite!! At the time of booking I was advised no upgrade was available, as I tried to upgrade I do not believe this was the case on reflection. our room was very basic, only one seat, where my friends had sofas, did not feel a great visit.

Whilst I appreciate it was a busy time and location better sound proofed windows would have been beneficial. Air con was not effective which made sleeping difficult.

The location is superb and the restaurant below had decent food too. My favourite was the terrace, which had a wonderful view of Seville. You can get drinks from the terrace on most days, and food on some. The staff there were hospitable as well. Glad we could leave our luggage there after check out!

Our room was hot all night and the showers would randomly fluctuate between hot and cold. I cannot believe a 4-star hotel would have these problems. I've been in other hotels with less than 4 stars and I cannot remember a time I experienced this.

good place with an amazing view for the city. the city centre is a bit far by walking however you will enjoy the walk between gorgeous houses and street
