UBICACION RESPECTO AL FORO SOL, IDEAL PARA ACUDIR A VENTOS A ESE LUGAR
LLAMO LA ATENCIÓN UN HUECO CON UN ALGO PARECIDO A UN LENTE JUNTO AL LED DE ENCENDIDO DELA TV, SI LO BLOQUEBAS NO INTERFERIA CON EL EL ENCENDIDO Y APAGADO DE LA TELE, PODIA PENSARSE EN UNA CAMARA OCULTA PUIES NO ES HABITUAL VER ESA ESTRUCTURA EN LAS PANTALLAS

No deja cancelar en booking y al ser un hotel tan cerca de lugares podría dejar cancelar una semana por lo menos antes y recuperar la reserva de la habitación con otro cliente, falto mi hermana y su pareja y pues se desperdició esa habitación por no poder cancelar

La ubicación de el hotel es inigualable, cruzando la avenida está el Palacio de los Deportes, tienda de conveniencia a unos metros y el hotel me pareció muy seguro, incluso nos pusieron brazaletes. Asistimos a un concierto y fue muy cómodo regresar caminando al hotel. Habitación muy limpia, sábanas, baño, todo. La regadera se encuentra aparte de el WC. Un muy buen servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel , recepción y botones, en general todo el personal muy bien. Y cómo sugerencia, podrían ofrecer algunas habitaciones con Minibar o servicio de hielera. En general si volvería a este hotel para tener acceso a eventos en los foros cercanos. Pd. Chequen la fondita que está pasando la tienda de conveniencia (Oxxo).
Las 2 áreas de oportunidad son mejorar el WIFI, si había señal pero en algunos momentos era un poco lenta y tardaba en abrir las apps de la smart tv. El otro tema es que se percibía un olor a tubería, lo cuál no debería suceder, y no tendría que haber necesidad de tapar la coladera de la habitación, ambos detalles se reportaron. Y por esas 2 razones no le dí 10.

The room was modern and updated. The shuttle was efficient and arrived on time. The staff were friendly.
The shower reeked of paint. There were automatic lights in the bathroom that turned on with any movement jn the room, but would only stay on for 5 seconds so you’d have to walk around while washing your face to keep the light on. The wifi doesn’t work at night, and the staff are aware of this. The gym is closed due to renovations. Where to pick up the shuttle in terminal 2 is confusing. The instructions don’t specify that you pick it up inside the airport.

A great experience, kind staff great location if you're traveling they have a free shuttle, do take in consideration that it's a big city and there's tons of traffic which is not the hotels fault everyone had a great attitude and the restaurant was great. Also the room were brand new and very nicely decorated.
Everyone did what they had to it's up to the client to have a good experience or not.

It’s just a few minutes walk from Foro Sol, so if you’re going to a concert there, it’s the perfect place to stay.

Not many food options. The hotel restaurant was full when we wanted it. Later we got a seat but the waiter was unpleasant. Very few food options in the nearby walking area.

Personnel does not care about time of the guest, 15 minutes for check-in and 18 minutes waiting for the invoice at check-out, while I gave them all invoicing details at check-in and asked to have it ready to depart at 7:00 am.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It even included a small desk, and facilities to make coffee or tea.
The toilet and bathroom were extremely clean. Food at the restaurant was good.
The hotel is noisy: people walking along the corridors all night; the walls between rooms are thin, so I had to put up with some girls next door talking and laughing after midnight.
The location is not the best if you come from the airport: traffic in the area was hectic the Saturday night I arrived because there was a concert in an arena nearby, so the taxi from the airport could not take me as far as the hotel; I had to get off on the other side of two big avenues and walk to the hotel with two suitcases.
Breakfast is not included in the price. The wi fi connection was intermittent.

living conditions in our room were unbearable. The room temperature was only 15.5C. Furthermore, the water stayed in shower and even overflew on the floor. I called the reception and they sent a guy who just said they didn't have a plumber available. He promised to send a cleaning team to dry the floors but no one showed up. As a result, we stayed in a cold and wet room and I even caught a cold.
After I sent a complain to the hotel management, they replied they had called to the room phone with intention to fix the issues but I didn't answer the call. This is just hilarious bc they had my mobile number,email, and booking.com messages. No one wanted to fix anything!

Absolutely loved the blinds that were installed in the window looking out into the city. The shower was also a very elegant touch.
I absolutely hated the censored lights in the bathroom/sink area. Especially in the restroom when you were using it, you had to move your arms to keep the light on. The sensor light in the sink/shower area was annoying when you were trying to go to sleep, but had to get up and use the restroom. It would wake everyone else up in the bedroom. The thermostat in the room also never went to the temperature that it was set on. It was either always hot are always cold.

Overall look from the bedroom was very elegant and the hanging hammock on the side was a very good touch.
I was honestly disappointed by this stay. This was my second time here and I was not impressed. The shower leaked all over the sink/bathroom area. There were hairs all over the floors from previous days, the shower ceiling was peeling and falling apart.
