The location was excellent for access to the piste. The view from the dining room is exceptional and the staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast was delicious, choices of food excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Arrived early but was allowed to check in. Good car parking spot. Helpful owner. Excellent breakfast on top floor over looking finish line of tdf.

Basic room but we are expected no more as the price was good. We would have stayed longer if the opportunity had arisen.

The location was fantastic as it was right at the top of the Alpe d'Huez and plenty of food outlets nearby and outside the hotel there is an incredible view

For the amount, they charge the room was VERY VERY VERY Basic. The internet was terrible as the connection continuously dropped out which was very frustrating. And if you come with a car it is very limited parking and limited staff contact and information.

Location is perfect for easy access to the slopes, and mainfacilities. View was great from the restaurant. The receptionist and Head chef are a married couple who couldn't do enough to make your stay a happy one. Great breakfast hotel was warm, clean and comfortable beds.

My wife and I prefer an earlier evening meal than the 7pm for 7.30pm start. I would have also liked to see the bar lounge area open to freely sit all day and not just meal times.

Checking in and out was very simple. Tidying the room was very good every day. If we needed anything the staff were very quick and helpful.

The wifi often cut off.

Great location.

Incredibly rude staff for multiple reasons. unfriendly welcome, accusations of incorrect use of a “key card” by shouting at us (should be pretty simple) when in fact it’s because it wasn’t set right and she reset it, she then proceeded to speak to a colleague in French about us (not realising we can understand). Completely different to most of the lovely locals we have met in alpe dhuez before.

Location to town and ski lift

The room was dirty and the bed was not made when we arrived. There was no hairdryer and it was minus degrees outside. The staff were useless and rude.

Needed a little TLC, for example some light bulbs didn’t work, curtain was coming off etc. But overall a good value hotel in a great location

Staff on the front desk were unaccommodating and rude.

The Hotel is located adjacent to the slopes and is perfect for ski in/out. There is a boot room with lockers located directly under the hotel also. The staff and facilities were excellent. The location and facilities are definitely value for money. The staff are beyond helpful and special shout out to Axel in the bar upstairs for letting our group sample the liquor his grand father makes. Would stay again!!

The staff were excellent. We felt so well looked after all week. The food was amazing, specifically the breakfast. Axel the barman looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome, as did all the staff, even those who did not speak English made us feel right at home.

The only criticism I would have is that controlling the temperature in the rooms is very difficult. The radiators are brilliant from drying damp ski gear but make the air in the room very dry. It is a difficult balance to strike!

Great location. Good breakfast. Good stores for skis.

Beds were a little on the hardside.
