Flat was cosy, clean, fully equipped, ski to door.

Be ware if you are on a budget as there are so many hidden charges that are an outright rip-off! So when you plan your holiday to the cost of your stay be sure to add: €25 for late arrival (late being after 3pm); €25 for bedsheets (nevermind the bedsheets they give you don't fit the dimensions of the bed in the slightest so you still end up sleeping on a bare mattress despite paying €25 for the luxurious privellege of having bed covers), €5 for towels and €100 for cleaning! We actually found it outrageous that we did not have our deposit returned in full as the host saw it fit to shave off half of it (€100) as a cleaning fee despite us leaving the flat in a more than decent state, where it could have done with a general vacuum job at most but really not much else. Had we known just how expensive that vacuum job would turn out for us we would have taken the time to do it ourselves but noone tells you about these things from the outset, and why should they? For how else would they make a profit if they did? To add to the negatives, the hot water was actually luke warm which wasn't great after a whole day out in the cold. The upstairs double bed in the attic is so close to the ceiling that, unless you're a small child or a dwarf, you're bound to hit your on it every time you get out of bed. But anyway we would have happily overlooked the last two negatives and even the bed linen not fitting had we been given our deposit back in full which for us was the last drop in a sea of ridiculously inflated charges that were not visible before booking. I don't know if all flats in the ADH resort to the same nasty tricks but this made it a bad experience for us overall and we will definitely not return to Ski Sun again.
