Close to the centre of Athens, great breakfast.

The rooftop was closed even though it said on the brochure is was open in May.

Proximity to public transportation, cleanliness was good too Personel was nice

Beds were quite uncomfortable, the sheets almost didn't fit the bed Noise isolation was not good, we could hear quite a bit coming from the rooftop and the street

It's a good location, close to metro and acropolis, amazing restaurants literally across the street

It's fine for ~3 days, but it's not comfortable enough for longer stay, chair and bed in room were rather poor, breakfast can get boring after 3 days, as it's really simple with not that many choices.

Staff very friendly, receptionist on Tuesday evening was lovely. Had an amazing view from our room.

Spacious rooms. Close to the metro. Generous breakfast. Very clean rooms. Great noise blocking windows. No surprises. They will even offer a wine bottle opener for free.

Having twin single beds put together instead of a double bed. Beds were not comfortable to sleep in

I am so disappointed about everything in this hotel. We did not have hot water for 3 days, and it is winter time, so that is a must have. The manager of the hotel did not want to show up and talk to us, people who work at reception keeped telling us that the manager will come but he/she never came to speak to us. The doors of a bathroom were broaken and same thing was with the doors of the balcony. Only good thing about this hotel is location.

The hotel is located in the city center, and this is the only good point about this hotel!!

We reserved this hotel for three days, but everything was such a disaster that we checked out in 1 day. The rooms are not soundproof and as it states in the city center the whole time you can hear the traffic sounds and we couldn't sleep at all. The elevator is so old, and even when it closes the door, you can hear its sound in your room! And no matter at all if you put the sign “please do not disturb” behind your door, because they knocked so hard on our door at 7 am and wanted to clean! The worse part was the behavior of the staff there! When I went and said that I wanted to check out because everything was awful, there was a woman who, with very impolite behavior, said you could change your room, and when I said no, I want to check out, she said I wouldn't give your money back because you didn't pay directly here and you paid on booking.com. I called customer service at booking.com, and the lady was perfect, and just in a few minutes, she arranged everything, and we could check out. And in the end, the hotel staff told us that anyway; we don't need you because we have groups here waiting for a room, and we hope you find your way! Everything about this hotel was just a disaster!

Breakfast very poor , facility very old and not well mantained , matress very bad could not sleep. Garden terrace advertized was closed all the time . Elevater took sometimes more than 10 minutes and situated in a very poor area with a lot of beggars ,junkies etc

I like the location, the reception customer service in special Efi and Alexandra and Ionia great breakfast service. Very Good value .

I liked everything

the staff was always ready to help, be it with any queries or printing out the return boarding pass, and little glitches like the safety box key not working were sorted within half an hour. Roof terrace evening bar had a lovely atmosphere and view across the whole city, and we could even see the Acropolis from our 3rd floor balcony

the breakfast was ok overall,with a nice range of food, but it would have been nice if the boiled eggs had been warm, and the scrambled eggs would have been kept more than lukewarm. The hotel is situated at a main street, so traffic noise is still audible after closing the double doors to the balcony- I could blend it out after a while, but not sure everybody would be ok with this

Location is perfect. Next to metro and bus lines. Breakfast is great. Good value for money Staff are helpful and friendly.

LOCATION

UNCONFORTABLE BEDS. STAFF VERY INAPROACHABLE.

The place is a very good deal for what you pay. In general everything is very good. The location is nice as is very close from a metro station and from the train station. It is also at a walkable distance from the main attractions and neighborhoods in Athens.

At the same time, the location is not the best as it is close from some streets that are kind of creepy. Nothing happened there but just be aware of this. Another think that is so so is the breakfast. Just good enough as it is very limited.
