-The apartament is in the beautiful french townhouse, with nice balcony (open for everybody) where you have a view at other pretty buildings. Location is super convenient, safe neighborhood. 6 min walk to promenade. Shop is right at the corner. 6-8 min walk to train station or tram.
-Open kitchen for everyone so that you can have a coffee, use the fidge or even use the microwave
-Spacious rooms with plenty of space and high celling. Also, the bathroom is big as well.
-AC was working well so that's a plus
-Host was nice and helpful
I would recommend choosing this place.
-No duvets on the beds, just simple blankets and bedsheets
-It's kinda noisy, you can hear everything from the street and other neighbours
-Some people leave the main doors open which may seem to be a security risk

The bed! It was our most comfortable stay in Europe and the bed and bedroom was really comfortable and clean! We loved the location, it was most excellent!

Good location in the middle of the up-scale part of Nice. Easy to walk anywhere. Spacious room but a bit noisy. Very nice owner.

The host is amazing, very attentive and always there to help with any advice/recommendation. We had a lovely stay, and overall great time in Nice. The place is about 10 mins walk from the beach. Supermarkets, bakery, shops are close by. Underground parking Mozart is just opposite, which has 3, 5, etc. days deals.

We loved absolutely everything!
The location is just perfect (6 mins to the main train
station, 10 to the beach, just a couple to Lidl).
The room was very spacious and had everything we
needed. The whole apartment is charming, kitchen
nicely equipped.
Genevieve is very kind and willing to help with
anything.
There is no stove, but we didn’t mind. :)

Such a pretty property in a great location - everything seemed to be within 20 minutes walking distance. The host is so lovely and accommodating and the facilities are just right for what you need. Perfect place!

Geneviève is a super welcoming host, with attention to details and very very helpful tips. She was super kind and let me do the check in a few hour earlier, also she suggested places to visit and restaurants around the city. The room was super clean, very well kept and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The host Genevieve, was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. The room was spacious & comfortable, clean, and we had access to a shared kitchen and beautiful dining room/balcony. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Nice!

Everything was excellent. The host is a very nice and helpful lady. You have all the facilities available, coffee and coffeemaker, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. Clean and comfortable beds. The location is very good, 5 minutes by foot to the train station which provides regular and fast connections to the entire French Riviera (Cannes, Antibes, Monaco etc) , 20 min by foot to the old town and Promenade des anglais. Several smaller food markets very close, even one Lidl 10 min away.
No weak points in my opinion.

It is a good value for the price, in a lovely neighborhood, with walking distance to the downtown area. The host is very nice and attending, and the place is quite spacious. Overall a good stay for a few days.
The bed for me was quite uncomfortable, it made by back hurt by the second day. The walls are also a little thin so if there are people outside in the dining room or in the kitchen you can hear every word.

I really liked the location near the station. The room was really beautiful and clean and we had freedom to prepare ourselves for the day (kitchen)
To have the electrical kitchen in the beginning and the microwave was weird to use
