Front office staff have no time for anything but romance. If you order food, you won't get it. If you want to eat food, you have to go to the nearest shop. This is the first time I have seen a hotel with such a large and diverse staff. Not even water. There are no managers to complain to. Will never go there again.

Extra charges are added like GST and service charges and breakfast has not included since booked though booking app. Please don't add like this hidden charges

The hotel is a bit old in design but was neat and clean the staff behavior is okay the room in which I stayed had a fixed window with a small opening so some outdoor sounds were coming inside rest was good

Slight gap in the window and the door lock is confusing the restaurant isn't available 24x7 and the room rent is a bit highly-priced

There was nothing to like. The service was very poor. We had changed the hotel after few weeks of stay. the cigarette smell was coming from the AC.It was very difficult to stay in the room.

Okay. Menu is quite a repetitive one daily. Food items could be dry. Food freshness could be attended to.
