ЉУБАЗНОСТ ОСОБЊА,ЧИСТО

Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel konnten wir einige positive Aspekte feststellen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Rezeptionisten Ammar, der sich durch seine freundliche und hilfsbereite Art auszeichnete. Er war stets bemüht, auf unsere Anliegen einzugehen und hat sogar teilweise selbst Reinigungsarbeiten übernommen, als das Reinigungspersonal dies nicht erledigt hat. Seine verständnisvolle und zuvorkommende Haltung hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Ammar fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden und ob wir etwas benötigen, was eine sehr persönliche und wertschätzende Atmosphäre schuf. Auch anderen Gästen gegenüber zeigte er die gleiche Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt war das Frühstück. Es war ausreichend und bot eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Jeden Morgen gab es frisch zubereitete Omeletts, Spiegeleier, Würstchen, Brot und verschiedene Aufstriche. Dies stellte sicher, dass der Tag mit einer guten Mahlzeit beginnen konnte.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes auch erhebliche Mängel, die unsere Erfahrung negativ beeinflussten. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass unser Zimmer nicht sauber war. Da wir an diesem Tag jedoch sehr erschöpft waren, sprachen wir es zunächst nicht an. In der Nacht entdeckten wir dann hinter und neben dem Bett Spinnweben und tote kleine Insekten. Wir meldeten dies sofort dem Rezeptionisten, der es an die Reinigungskräfte weiterleitete. Leider war das Zimmer auch am nächsten Tag immer noch nicht sauber. Erst nach erneuter Beschwerde wurde am dritten Tag unser Zimmer gereinigt, sodass wir in Ruhe schlafen konnten. Zusätzlich mussten wir täglich nach Toilettenpapier fragen, was den Eindruck einer mangelhaften Organisation verstärkte. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Hygiene und Reinigung des Hotels sehr unzufrieden. Diese wiederholten Mängel trübten unseren Aufenthalt erheblich.

Good locations, close to the city centre. A bit steep road, but it is fine. Free parking nearby.

the location is good, on a hill with beautiful view and very close to city hall, maybe for the elderly it could be difficult to walk uphills.

There is a weird door between my room and the room next door, which makes poor sound isolation, I can hear clearly people in the next room.

The staff is very pleasant and professional

The staff was very nice and friendly. All in all the Hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere because everybody working there is very interested and helpful.

We have lost a bag and they were very helpful to us and took any possible actions and they were woth us all the time that means a lot

Personality are very friendly, location are in near of baščaršija. The rooms are very clean.

Location is great. It is 5 minutes walk from Bascarsija. Stuff in hotel is wonderful. They are kind and ready to help about anything. Hotel is clean.

Shower was not in the best condition and front door have problems with locking from the outside. Some other minor issues like bulbs.

The location is amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very beautiful. It is so close to the old town of Sarajevo and the short walk there offers a great view over the city. But do note that the hotel is on a hill (as is everything in this city) and there is a steep walk down into the old down. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast with cold options, but quite varied. I would only recommend it if you are in a hurry and don't have time to eat in the city. The receptionists were friendly and helped us with a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

The bathroom was not perfectly clean when we arrived. The reception and breakfast area, as well as the stairway smell of smoke quite often.

2 minutes away from the City Hall - free parking although driving there could be challenging (depending on the size of your car). Rooms were huge and very comfortable, it's a bit outdated but gives it some unique charm. Clean and calm. Accept card payments(which is not everywhere the case in Sarajevo).

The hall smells a lot because of the smoke accumulated throughout the years.

The hotel has a nice location,even if it is challenging to park your car there. The reception ist is very helpful even if she can't help you dealing with bad situations

I can't believe that in the beginning of March the hotel doesn't have heating and the rooms are cold because the air-conditioning system is not enough for heating one big room and they aren't prepared for upcoming guests.

Staff were wonderfull espicially woman on the front desk. Hotel is near city center (başçarşı) and you can walk every place. Otel was clean and usefull too. Highly recommend.

If stairs of the hotel have moving sensor, it Will be great totally 😊

The staff were nice people, helped me to park my car and were very friendly. Since I was the only guest at that time, the breakfast was rather limited, but my compliments to the omelet the hostess cooked, it was delicious.
