This property was clean, newly remodeled, comfortable and relaxing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I especially loved sitting in the patio area listening to the birds. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the lake boardwalk through the cute cobblestone streets. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Location fine. Nice terrace. TV. Radio. Staff who spoke English & French & their sense of humour! 😄

Lack of choice of black tea. Fruit not always ripe. No toaster.🙁 I had reserved a proper double bed, but got 2 single beds pushed together! I only slept in 1 bed, so the other one was not used. Too many German-speaking TV programs. A few English, American & internationa programs would have been nice.🙂

Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, good bread, and a nice selection of cheeses :) The location within Ascona is nice, it is only a few minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone by the water. There are bicycles available for rent, which make for a nice way to see a bit more of the Lago Maggiore!

Our room faced the road, and there was noise at all times of the night. Unfortunately, as it was summer, we kept the window open all night.

Cleanliness and friendliness. Modern and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Everything was worth the price here. I've stayed at a few different places in the area, and Luna is easily the best for cost and quality. Location, hosts, very clean, breakfast, and and and.
