Accoglienza, gentilezza, raffinatezza dei luoghi e del personale

mi è piaciuto l’hotel in generale.

Tuttavia, ho riscontrato che le camere sono piuttosto piccole rispetto ad altri hotel di pari categoria a Milano. In sintesi, allo stesso prezzo si trovano 5 stelle con camera più comoda.

שהבריכה היא בתשלום , לא היה בדיוק הסבר טוב בכניסה לחדר מה עולה כסף או לא מבחינת המאכלים ששמים בחדר , וגם שהמחירים שלהם גבוה

Staff so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Room service very very fast.

The interior design was beautiful and the doormen were nice.

There were loud construction noises coming from the room next door. Noises were disturbing and began before 8 am. Waking up to construction noises in a 5-star hotel is unacceptable keeping in mind that we were not noted about the construction work in advance. We told the staff of the hotel about this and all they gave us was a 100 euro discount and a breakfast voucher.

Everything went well. Staff was exceptional. Hotel is small and boutique like. very well appointed and comfortable. The smaller size was actually a plus. Concierge was spot on with all recommendations. I had left my mobile phone in a taxi and they were there every step of the way to insure I got it back (they did not have to do that).

Construction of subway stop directly in front of the hotel is almost complete. This is not the Hotel's fault. But even with that, the bellmen met you as you first approached and took care of everything.

The restaurant is amazing and so was the coffee!!! Excellent chef! The bar area is quaint with an upscale feel, yet very comfortable! I liked the live classical music as well. The hotel itself is not far from the busy portions of the Old Town and touristy areas. There was construction in the front of the hotel, as a train platform is nearing completion. However, it was very quiet and the work hours were respectable. The platform area looks like it will be a very nice area - almost park like. The staff was very professional and helpful.

In regards to the breakfast entre, maybe a slice of toast or roll should come with the egg and bacon. Overall, it was very good!

breakfast need to improve ( you have to pay extra for some dishes) there was work area infront of hotel little bit far from center by walk bathroom facility also need to improve
